I just love the Mini 7, it's a so underrated device. Perfect for traveling and note taking. My phone has a small screen, so it's a great companion to it.
I've owned all 3. The 7's 8GB Ram help so much. I rarely have to force close background apps and rarely see lag/stuttering loading heavy websites. 8gb ram needs to be the new minimum for apple tablets.
You are right about the mini 5. It really holds up very well next to the 6 and actually even against many other current iPads out today. Sometimes it feels like Apple just high powers some of their stuff and they just seem to last so much longer than just about any other company’s products. Got to say - I’ve really been up and down about switching to the 7 from my 6. The tech geek in me feels like I must (lol)- but…..idk. Sure it will be a little faster and it has more ram and storage - but do the day to day tasks feel very different? Have you found it to be a big enough difference to warrant an upgrade? Excellent video as always!
The Mini series of iPads are some of my favorite devices, I’ve owned the 5 now the 6 however I don’t see much of a reason to upgrade to the 7 Mini. My 6 is good enough for now.
Aww this takes me back to when i first got my first iPad mini 3 32GB😂 then i replaced it with iPad mini 5 and years after i upgraded to iPad pro 12.9 2020. Thinking to downsize to 2024 ipad mini but still not sure
So April Fool's came twice this yea huh .....Apple could do SO much for the mini iPad, mini phone, and SE - versus rehashing extra parts and painting over it like its innovation
People are just greedy, the Mini 7 is a really usable device and has virtually no competitors. Apple never goes for high specs, but for the smooth experience which is fulfilled. If someone cannot understand this, maybe it is worth considering a different brand.
@@shbddh The jelly scroll is applicable to all LCD displays due to the technology, not an Apple thing. I know the 60 Hz refresh rate is a disappointment for many people, but it requires more power, so it means less battery. For average use, it's not a matter, those who require the 120 Hz, would choose the iPad Pro. Besides most people complaining wouldn't buy it anyway as the specs they wish for would come with a higher price tag.

That price in 2024 with fake speaker grills, no OLED option, and still locked at 60hz is crazy.
Atleast it can play subway surfer without crashing😂😂
@hassanyaish-o8g it can play resident evil 4 remake lol
Oh yeah apple never said it had 4 speakers,so I guess not fake?
i found a ipad mini 6 for 300 used. vs mini 450 used. Not sure which one to buy.
Mini6 shud be sufficient
My Pavlovian reflex is to think it's the end of the review when I hear that song

Every iPad should be miniLED. At least the Airs
Still rocking the mini 5, no upgrade for me, I upgrade the pro but not the mini, it's still good and has an audio jack
3 consecutive generations. Love the ideas
What chipset will samsung galaxy tab s10 fe come with
Exynos 1580 probably. Which is rumored to be really good
I'd rather want snapdragon 7+ gen 3 or any good dimensity chipset

if it was me there's not enough of an upgrade to switch from the 6 to the 7

The 7 was a massive disappointment lol
All I needed to upgrade from mini 6 was a better screen. Nope. Mini 6 for a few more years baby!

Bought an iPad mini for $500 and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 9 ultra for $700 lool a 15 inch 2k 120 hertz OLED tablet cost only $200 more than this.
I have an iPad mini 6th gen that will not turn on and when I hook it up to my computer to restart I'm getting a code 4013 how can I fix this issue?
Try Apple Configurator to restore via DFU.
Will lose all data
@@ivancarvallo2837 I had the same error on my iPad and I fixed it using iTunes restore after putting it in DFU mode.
I got the iPad mini 7 & I love it. I don’t know why people are hating on it. Just don’t buy it.

no oled no buy
these screens look horrible
Just buy an iPad pro if you want oled. Stop complaining

iPad Mini 7 is the quintessence of that why people hate Apple 😁

@SPFboy86 yeah, non fixed jelly scroll effect and 60 hz is very smooth experience 😂

No it's a iPad mini thing @@SPFboy86
@@SPFboy86ipad is than mini soon
something that's the same with all three is the base model still offers a paltry amount of storage for the price 😂
