Minnesota. I love your videos and I am excited about this new series of videos. I would love to see the circular walks in the northern end of the Cotswolds. I'd also like to see different walks on the monarch way and diamond way.
Love the bench , what a great way to preserve a part of a fine oak tree for the comfort of tired walkers . Love the cadence of your voice so soothing to listen to 🙏from far off 🇿🇦
A great new format - - and how nice to have someone do the actual walking for you! Viewing from New Zealand, where i have been "exiled" for over five decades, I love to see videos such as this which remind me of the wonderful countryside that still exists (though shrinking) "back home". I'll be looking forward to the next episode.
Thank you Robin and Ross for sharing this wonderful new series!! The amazing views of a spectacular countryside are balm for the soul! I adore the beautiful, creative oak bench which blends seamlessly in the landscape! I look forward to the next episode! All the best to you both from Massachusetts!😊🌲🌳
Great stuff! I especially liked the emphasis on the botany of the region. Those oaks must be stupendous. Here is Pennsylvania, in the US, I have planted 8 oaks in hopes they will make it to such an age. Thank you for this new series.
This is a great addition to CotswoldExplorer! I very much enjoyed your narration, Robin, while watching you, Ross, explore and record the beauty of these paths. Looking forward to more of these walks!
My favourite time is when you upload a new vlog. I don’t always comment but I always watch. Thank you for all the hard work that goes into all your brilliant videos
Hello 🌞 Watching from Bath ✨️🤩✨️ I'm absolutely looking forward to seeing this Beautiful Palace I'm going there in 2weeks.Thank You for the Beautiful Video ✨️🥰✨️
Lots of love from Siloam Springs, Arkansas. I love seeing flora, fauna , animals, all the stone work, peoples gardens and….heck I love seeing everything. You’re my favorite channel.
Sheeeeepies!! I want to see sheep on all the walks! I might be a bit biased when it comes to sheep, though. I'm in Canada, and we don't have nearly enough. None in the area I live, which makes me sad. My father was born and raised in the Lake District.
Watching from Woodbine, Maryland, USA. Thank you for sharing the beautiful Cotwolds with all of us! I love your content, and look forward to seeing everything you choose to film. You seem to know exactly what we'd like to see.
Splendid new series. Such a relaxing and soothing watch. I could almost smell the flowers, feel the breeze. As with all of your videos, greatly looking forward to the next (and next, and next...). Thank you from St Louis, USA.
A delightful walk through a beautiful landscape with magnificent vista's, excellently narrated and including a nice Swiftian pause for breath. Thank you.
Robin, congratulations on your new video series. The walk through the Blenheim countryside was great! Looking forward to your new video series. Watching from Florida! 🇺🇸🌴
Robin, that was a lovely and enjoyable adventure. it is amazing to learn that te whole coutryside is criss crossed with such pathways! Your description of the species in Blenheim Park was a revelation, it is comforting to know that they are preserved, free from intrusion and depredation. However, I missed seeing you in person and your doggies! A large part of my enjoyment each sunday was to watch them enjoying thier walks with you. And I missed your visit to he local church. Perhaps you could could include a segment , a detour, now and then off the path I would love to see you in person give ,the history and a tour inside a Church along the Cotswold Walk.. Being an american of advanced years, i will never be able to visit these churches in person, in this life, at least. I also made a discovery of my own today. I have become accustomed to learning a bit of history about the ancient Churches in the English countryside. every sunday from you. There are others who feature old churches on you tube, but none of the presentaions can compare to your scholarship and Mastery of the English language. Nobody else can can convey such beautiful descriptions and complex thoughts with an economy of words delivered in your delightful rumbling voice. You requested our comments andd suggestions. I recall reading or hearing somewhere that there are, existing today, ancient footpaths that were listed in the Domesday Book. .Maybe it was on one of your shows? I have no idea if , after 1066, the inventories in the Book, included the area of the Cotswolds. I have read so many historical novels, there was a description in one of them of how thorough the Normans were. they listed , every farm animal, bundles of sticks and footpaths. it would be fun to have Ross explore these very ancient pathhways. Thank you ❤
Thank You so much for the constructive feedback - our normal visits to lovely Cotswold villages and churches aren't going anywhere by any means - we're just doing this as a bit of a different offering for a few weeks, and every now and again in the future. We will try and look in on more churches on the walks though!
This is fantastic. Excellent production and Robin's narrative is outstanding. Even a simple walk in the country side becomes an enchanting tale of history and nature. Love it. And waiting for all that's to come.
Our 3 year old granddaughter Dossie, is a big fan of your Cotswold series including the Halloween series!!! She wants to visit the Cotswolds!!! She ask will Robin be there??!!!! We plan on making that trip happen for Dossie!! We have been many times .. lovely area!! From your friends from Oklahoma!!
Thank you Robin and Ross, we are watching from South East Queensland. Really enjoyed the first of this series. we have visited the Cotswolds many times over the past 25 years and love seeing so many of our best memories. Very sad that so many pubs are closing. We would love to see a walk around Adlestrop with of course a poem from the bus shelter.
Very good guide to this walk. If you're after a northern cotswolds walk, there are some lovely footpaths with great views out of Ilmington and up and around the Ilmington Downs.
I don't usually comment however just wanted to say I really like your videos and the new series is even better than the other. I live in the Los Angeles area . I hope to visit the Cotswolds some day. Thank you for showing us so much beauty.

This was so lovely, Robin. Ross did a great job filming it. Wish I could walk those paths, but like you, I am now old and it's not safe for ladies to walk alone anymore. Loved the poem (I miss your Wednesday poems). Seeing the sheep made me think of that song, "Sheep May Safely Graze". Watching from Texas and envying all the green that surrounds you! ❤🐑
Wonderful! Truly mesmerizing tour through the gorgeous landscape, enriched with historical notes and natural wonders. .. and.. the Churchills floating invisibly over all. A very relaxing and soothing experience. North of Chicago
