Also think, how long does it take for an intern doctor to be trained to the point of protecting human lives? What about the resources used? One of them can also be trained to do the job of the other and not vice versa. All professions are important but then negligence is very expensive. As a survivor, it would be good to reflect and borrow lessons from 2020’s pandemic.

In many europe countries your internship MUST be fully served/completed for you to be qualified in the job you are aiming for. So without internship they are still not qualified doctors.. Lastly an intern should be happy of being employed after the internship. The Lady is talking the truth.
