I teach my right handed archers who are left eye dominant to shoot left handed. If they just can't get the hang of shooting left hande I switch them back and emphasize that they need to close that left eye. I had to buy a couple of extra left handed bows for my NASP program.
I’m left handed. I shoot right handed due to right eye dominant. Took a day or two but now after two years+ it’s natural. I think retraining the hand was easier that the eye.

Im right handed and left eye dominant.
Its no biggie to close the good eye.
@@sahhull that's true. When I shoot lefthanded to teach my NASP lefties I shoot just as well until I forget to close my dominant eye.
Im left eye Dom shoot right handed. Close the left to aim the pin and open it for float and release
The university ACE hat could be referring to the Social Circle Ga. ACE hardware. They have a JOAD program.
Opps I should have watched to the end of the shoot.
Way to represent GA Claire!
They shouldn’t call it “L/R-handed” as it’s the dominant eye that decides that.
Wonder if they find it annoying be asked daft questions between each end?
I think micro shafts should be required. Those arrows are logs.
YES! Huge diameter shafts are such a cheap strategy for this short distance.
@@RPCauldron Yeah sure, it's so easy even a girl can do it !! But can you ?
@@mikestilinovich8641 Looking at how these girls are shooting...
I'd be ok with shooting like a girl.
