I like the way you prepared your eggplant soup. It can out better when I steam the eggplant with my meat before adding the oil. Thanks a lot for your recipe.

I am definitely trying this very soon! my mom used to make a similar eggplant stew when I was little. Hadn't thought of it in awhile. Recently rediscovered eggplant so this recipe comes at a good time :)

Great recipe by the way and i bare witness, my question is this, so what happens if you don't have a raw meat to cook from the beginning do you then just cut the eggplant and cook it until it reaches to the point where you add the fried fish and chicken or is there another step?

You should try frying the eggplant and eating it with Chinese white rice.

Once the water is almost dry she ends up adding the oil so it's going to fry in that oil for Abit, giving it the same taste as if u where to fry eggplant first. Her method is quicker id say.
