Thank you so much for this review. It was really good too. You mentioned from Up to Date the percentage of depression evals not done. During clinicals, one of the clinics had the PHQ-9 as part of her admit/new patient paperwork. That way she could get a baseline and then the clinics EHR would give reminders for reassessment.
