The amount of talent on that stage is just crazy
So proud of Ronnie. He is lokal from where i live and have seen him and the other guys from Pretty Maids probably a million times. He is a brilliant singer and Pretty Maids keep getting better. And wish him the best (fighting with some health issues). Cheers from Denmark

Dandy Candy Basically during the Show they must have had 3 different Sound Engineers at work.
One doing the sound at Wacken itself for the people in the crowd. One for the live broadcast and at last the recording of raw sound material.
Torhan Bartel Ah, that explains shitty TV sound.
Dandy Candy Also a friend of mine told me, he knows some of the technicians there. According to him they had a massive lack of competent sound technicians that year. The Avantasia show wasnt the only one sounding sh** on the livestream/tv. I remember Schandmaul also sounding terrible.

Whats with the weird comments of Eric Martin before "dying for an angel" ?
he talks about a man that has redeemed himself in so many ways and then he says "rigth amanda"
Tobias even look confused about what Martin is saying.
I listened to this first in the album "ghostlights" in spotify at work, and many times in that part i tried to listen carefully because i didnt know who was having the conversation i only knew that amanda is the same that collaborated with Luca Turilli and the other was Sammet
I had to look for the live performance in youtube to understand what whats happening and i still think there was some kind of local uncomfortable joke or a private joke i dont know its weird hahaha

Would love to go to a proper European rock festival like Wacken. Download/Bloodstock here in the UK are so shit, atmosphere is just dead, no one in the crowd wants to sing and dance to these awesome bands
