My Dad has always wanted to live on West Island and a couple of years ago finally moved there. This illustrates the romance that drew him there for years and years. Thanks for putting it together. Showed it to my parents this morning. My Dad immediately recognized the lobster boat!!

I grew up there and was lucky enough to spend two wonderful weeks there this past summer. I will share this with my friends, who discovered west island for the first this summer.

very nice video, thanks much. i am a contractor who did some work on west island a couple of years ago and have been fascinated since. i don't know how i missed this place, i thought i knew every inch of both sides of buzzards bay. absolute paradise. whatever the season if I'm nearby i stop and park by the tower, eat lunch, and take a walk on the beach. i never see more than a few people.
