Cervical mucus is normal, like everyday normal. It doesn't mean you're actually pregnant. And if you think it is gross, then honestly check yourself. And the egg white is a representation of the consistency of it and the dampness. Chill. She's just trying to educate.

It’s normal to see this even from before your 1st period. It’s made as oestrogen levels rise (which happens from when puberty begins). Take pregnancy out of the picture - cervical fluid helps keep us protected from vaginal infections! Hope that’s helpful for all the teens reading 💕

superrr late but yes thats totally normal! your cervical mucus changes throughout your cycle it’s not always going to look like egg whites. Lower back pain might just have to do with a symptom you get due to having a period similar to cramps or acne. i get it too!
