Dhalsim has the ability to melt most of your life bar quick. Dhalsim always been a force and barely anyone uses him 🤷🏿♂️

Any advice on the timing for the first stun combo? Having trouble getting the qcf hk fireball to hit consistently. Is it just very strict timing?

I would back dash, also you can jump > instant float then HK which is very fast
