[UTPR] Counter Tier list

- The thumbnail is lying by the way, no counters are the "best" flaws exist!
But anyways, to start off your Christmas morning, I cooked up my first (well planned) Tier list! Sure, it's pretty long (ish) but it packs up as much as you need to know on my opinion on what counter does better on [UTPR] then others!

true and neo chaos can be extended actually, by held 1 then if you time your dash and teleport jump perfectly, you can land a 5 even if their stamina is full
Oh yeah, I nearly forgotten that was a thing, that's still a creative technique!

I think another important factor for counters is whether or not it's worth using, and what advantages it presents over just dodging and attacking normally. Examples would be asgore's allowing for fire moves to be used in combos, or mute on frisk's to allow guaranteed healing. If the counter doesnt give any advantajes in comparison, surely its less risky just to dodge?
Also, another detail on a few of the counters is that asriels has a noticeably longer endlag than the rest, and jevil's 4 has shorter than the rest. Jevil's 7 in both phases also has a slightly longer duration.
Thats really good to note on each counter, some present some advantages in battle. The frisk book one is really hard to use with getting punished by an ult lol. But anyways, thanks for commenting!
Asgore's 2nd phase should straight up gets his hiw own tier more than S because they cant regen stamina mid counter so if they have lower than 16 stamina or even 16 u can ground 5 also decrease asriel's with like 2 tiers for the absolute ass endlag it gets if missed and also dont forget how ass 2nd phase frisk counter is for purely having 1 second or not even that of counter window which can mostly handicapp you
Book 1 is way better than you think just because of one single factor.
*Noone will expect you to switch to it*
Since you dont really see anyone using the weapon, you wont think about it at all, then when they switch to it, you wouldnt even notice until you get hit by the counter
Just like the fact that nobody expects an UNDYNE to hold 1 in their second phase for a second too longer.
Correction you can use the book if you do it in mid switch of shoes if you do it right for a extended combo either or the book can be useful at specific points.
Ooooh y ah forgot you can do that old soulshatters trick as well, a counter in the middle of a combo.. classic trick tho!
Jevil 7 (long variant) can be combo extended by Jevil 3 (1 fase)... Maybe...
8:10 not true, after 4 is finished you can use 2 extend the combo, it may not be a true combo however
Yeah, but it's only if the opponent isn't paying attention or just by pure luck they get hit by that, plus 2 is only used randomly to drain your opponent's stamina a bit..

Well yes but is not exactly a true combo and the opponent can still get away from the combo
Not really, if The opponent is smart enough, He can easily outrun it
And tbh, The only actually "combo" Jevil can do that is untrue is his second attack (The spades round)
