- New Orleans native Charlie Andrews answers subscribers' questions in a new 2018 Q&A video. This is my third Q&A video. My first and second Q&A video was done in 2015 and 2017. I go by how I feel. I go by sight. Maybe I can try a no recipe channel or someone else may beat me to it. I would appreciate your advice.

Master Chef is holding auditions in Dallas on either the 24th or 29th. Come on over & go for that $250K, Charlie. A teacher from TN won last season. If nothing else, you get more exposure.

You should look into a food truck, you would do good.

@@CharlieTheCookAndrews I know you can do it, I am sure you had some doubts about starting a UA-cam, and look at you now. At least look into it, see what you need to do to start it. There are so many spots in the CBD that would be great. I used to work downtown, and all those business ppl are looking for something new. They go to the trucks. Just look into it, I really think you would do well, and once you up, then you can do the festivals, those bring in real good revenue. You love cooking, it's your passion, you can do it for yourself.
It is possible that I could do it. Look where I am now with my UA-cam channel. Didn't think I was going to be at this point at all. I will attempt to look at that possibly in the near future! Yes you are right about that! Thanks so much for the suggestions and encouraging words!

I just found your home cooking videos about 2 months ago. I was lost for who I was going to watch next after Grandma Cheap Cheap stopped making cooking videos here on YT. I am so glad I found you and have tried several of your recipes and they all come out great. I am glad you decided not to discuss your private life in any detail and stood strong on that issue. I loved the little bloopers in the end and just keep up the good work Charlie! I wish I had the clout to get someone like Rachael Ray to invited on her show as she is a home cook as well. I have been going over many of your older videos trying to catch up. You do such good work in such a tiny kitchen. I would love to know what brand your stand mixer is on your counter as I am in the market for one. Looking forward to your next video.

Charlie, wish I had know about this as I had my own questions from you. Great job. To the gentleman seeking a no recipe tv show, her Paul Prudhomme always stated that he did not use recipes even his own. My Mom was an excellent cook and she never used a recipe. Sweet precious Charlie! You Gotta do a food show/ or contest. You're so laid back, always smiling. I would love to see your SMILES under pressure. It would be charmingly funny. I don't measure when I cook either, and my friends gimme s*it when I try to explain how to make waht they just ate. LOL! Sugar cream pie.
Is flour in sugar mixture
This is everything.
I use enough flour as a pecan pie same amount 3/4 cup. 1cp sugar. Mix
Then add 1 small whipping cream 1cup.
Stir slowly + add vanilla bean. Put in oven hot oven 450 15 mins.
Turn low heat 200 bake until toothpick comes out clean 1- 2 hrs
When done melted butter spoon on top cool pie.
