Wow! When it rains it pours! I’m sure the wedding was beautiful! When I got married in September 2011, there was apparently a huge thunderstorm too that evening. Luckily it happened while we were all inside and I didn’t find out about it until the next day. Hopefully, the rains came at a convenient time!

When I got married 1 of our groomsmen thanked us for choosing a buffet. He said it took so much stress off. There were like 3 other couples. They chose restaurants and had menus. He said ours helped with that.

Have you worn custom orthotics? I got some when foot pain became unbearable and wear them in cute house shoes . I feel old at 38 but it has helped so much !
I too have suffered from plantar fasciitis… I think it sometimes comes with age, unfortunately. I do have orthotics which I love but I also had a foot doctor Tell me to do stretches just using a towel and those stretches have really worked! I didn't think they would as I felt like it must be more complicated than this, but they actually have🎉

My daughter had a dessert reception for her wedding. I had 9 months to collect all the dessert plates and trays. It was fun visiting thrift and antique shops for beautiful cake stands and trays. The wedding was on June 3 and the temperature were in the high 90’s. Thank goodness we had an old barn to keep the food in and set up tables to get out of the sun. It all turned out well.

Things have to go wrong during wedding prep and day or else you won't remember it as well :) You have to have the stories to tell to kids and grand kids. Mine actually went without much of a hitch and I didn't do much of the planning so I never talk about it!

Sarah!!!!! When the wedding dust settles, please, please could you and Solo sit with us and chat about your Carnivore experiences? I feel so much better, lost weight, more energy, less aches and more mental clarity during my 4month journey. But the. Summer hit, all the kids were home full time and we ate all the summer fare/crud. I’m trying to get motivated to jump back in.
And I LOVED Chomps! My Costco stopped carrying them. Big bummer!

I had a lot of serious gut issues that were finally healed by going ketovore (almost completely carnivore, but I eat eggs, butter, fish, and yogurt as well.) I also healed my brain fog and my Hashimotos. The anti-nutrients in plants and grains is what I can no longer tolerate. Good luck!

My husband and I got married July 3rd in Ohio. It was so hot even worse because someone shut the AC off in the church the night before and it took forever for it to cool back off. The guys were in black tuxedo's and were sweating so bad. We had the reception in the community room of the church and then went to the golf course to watch the fireworks
