When I was a kid I had those Koho Cujo graphic pads and gloves. Man those were the days. Stopped playing for a while, never learned butterfly so now I’m like a 175 D-man like Jordan Subban....but beer league LOL.
I know you're not using these anymore, but after modding my GnetikII pads something I learned was the kneeblock REALLY needed a leather strap. It effectively locked the block at a 90 degree angle. Total gamechanger.
I need to know how much did you pay to do that. i have a pair of koho 570 i would like to update like that, was it alot and was it worth it ? please let me know

Haha the destiny for most goalies who decide to keep playing but not in net. I bet those pads were pretty sweet though
JT does a great job, he’s been a massive help for me with my gear repair business and helping me learn
Yeah he did my glove too. Completely re-skinned it and beefed up the palm
Im on my way to trying this out with KOHO 580s (my high school pair 04-07) 👍
Dude yessssss! I gotta see how those turn out

Been a minute since I busted them out but I’ll have to play around with them some more. They’re fun but not perfect.
Awesome video! I want more goalie things!!
The dude wants more goalie things, the dude gets more goalie things!!
@@BonesyTV YESSSS!!
How did you get a locker room in Bellevue, are they letting goalies in them like centennial is now?
Nah I had to get special permission to use the room for the video
Great video. I need to add new knee blocks to my old Eagles. Was thinking if I could do surgery and add blocks like the new Bauers.
I was going to try and do it myself too but I didn’t want to butcher them
@@BonesyTV I bought them for $50 and they are already coming unstitched so it's a good pad to start on. Just figure out how to execute it.
Great video buddy. Looking forward to seeing more from you
Thanks bro! Should be a fun ride
Sick video dudes !!!
Haha thanks dude! Means a lot considering that was my first one ever
@@BonesyTV didn’t even realize but ya Bonesy I loved seeing the gatekeepers back in action make more with the legendary pillows
@kfc872 definitely have to bust those guys out for another video soon

Biggest part of this is the careful removal of the older clutter in the leg channel. Velcro, thread and a Speedy Stitcher are cheap.
Modded em out and then switched to Lefevre!
Hahaha pretty much!
I kinda did that with my RBK’s, they are falling apart but I can still manage 40 something saves 🤙🏼
hahaha atta boy! I've been enjoying showing up in old gear and surprising everyone that I'm not a complete sieve
@@BonesyTV cool!!
If you could reskin a set of E flex with those graphics 😍😍😍
Ohhh man that’d be sick!! Might have to save that for a future project 😉
@@BonesyTV if I had the money I would do that with the older legacy pads like Balfour were in the V9s.
What a beaut! Love the video!
Takes a beaut to know a beaut 😏
Bet that feels weird in 12inch wide pads lol. Been awhile for me.
Haha yeah definitely a difference
I just think he is so handsome 😍 he must be a beautician
Not certified quite yet but we’re working on it 😉
lol I'm sure the repairs and modifications were super well executed.... but all that just to have a "meh" pair of pads in the end? 😅
Haha yeah. I still like them. Perfect for open hockey or pond hockey
Seal is brutal
Very
