@@AshishGainz Actually no matter how much we try, people high muscle density wouldn't be able to float without paddling their feet. The trick here is to just ignore floating (without paddling) and simply move to floating with paddling. I did that and now I am able to perform freestyle quite easily without even knowing how to float without movement 😅
@@RelaxingMusic-gf8st you learned swimming in 1 month? On my 6th day , with about 7 percent body fat percentage.. can't even float even a single inch from water surface. Stressed a lot about this.
@@AshishGainz Yeah man, I got going with freestyle within my 10-12th session itself. Yes, paddling means kicking. Since your body fat percentage is low, you have got to kick in order to float, it's not possible with a stable body tbh
