IDK why people say that interviewer are not there to test your knowledge. I too believed the same and went for the interview
But to my utmost surprise that whole interview was based on my knowledge only
They asked question starting from the profit process of small finance bank to amount required for different msme. I had no idea what they were askin I didn't expected such questions to be asked. So please do prepare for banking awareness too.
My simple advice. Off course, they don't test your knowledge. They only check your personalities & Confidence. And confidence comes when you have knowledge. "They don't test your Knowledge" it doesn't mean that you don't need to study about banking. But, if you get knowledge, you will become confident. Hope you understand my friend 😊🙌

I was asking him proper step wise process from interview to joining.
How to handle the bank preference question? Most of the students prefer PNB (profitable and larger banks). But i wasn't much aware of all this while filling the form. My preference was 1) canara 2) Union Bank of India 3) PNB. So what could be the justification for this?

same here, I went with the one with more vacancies at top.
My preference were also the same. I am from Karnataka. Since Canara bank has its headquarters in Bangalore, and it is the biggest bank in south India, I choose canara bank as first choice. And canara bank is the sponcer bank of KVGB, KGB, and rural banks of Andra Pradesh and Kerala
And canara bank is lead bank in 61 district across india. out of 31 district of karnataka canara bank is lead bank in 15 disrtict
@@Sajjan_for southern states people it's the obvious choice but people from northern states will find it difficult to justify canara as first choice. Gladly, they didn't asked me anything about my choice. 😂

I was very confident and didn't panicked when not knowing any answer because you say this is not a test of knowledge but a test of personality... Now I am little worried about number of questions I could not answer... So plz tell me how many marks I can get??? At last they asked me to rate myself, I rated 9 out of 10...

Usme mere EWS certificate main father ka first name mention haini i.e. Om prakash baki sare documents main full name i.e. Om prakash Chugh. Mere interview Sunday ko tha to affidavit nahi ban paya to HR ne muzse letter of declaration likhvaya hain
