- The groundbreaking ProFencer II in action.
ProFencer is a unique unrolling, laying and tensioning machine designed specifically for the professional fencing contractor. The ProFencer is a compact tractor mounted machine (front or rear) that will pickup, load and dispense rolls of agricultural stock fencing up to 500 metres in length even in the most challenging of conditions. Individual hydraulic controls give the operator complete control of height, tilt and wire tension in total safety.
Used to do this in the Colorado rockies by hand with single spool barb wire. Making 4 trips along the same distance. Good times.
Fabulous bit of mechanical engineering... puts at least three men out of work and does it quicker than ever! Thank you for sharing the innovation... i wish you well.
Very nice that it attaches to the 3 point hitch. But, it's not worth the expense. Add a pole setter and stapler and it might be worth it.
Ez a modern technika,
Szúper masina!
Super🎯amazing mate
🚧 Having to put up sheep wire a pet hate of mine 😤 🚧 This machine you should think entering it for an Award, it's doing the work of 2 or 3 men at speed, no one could keep up the output of it. Well engineered 🚜👍 😊
Are you going to leave it as is? Don't you have to staple the fence to each fence post?
No! The cows finnish it....🐄🐄🐮
That Definitely a Nice Set up,I've never seen Green Fence before.I'd like to have a few Rolls of it...
Awsome. A lot of creative guys here below.
Mowing beforehand makes a difference
Does the machine put in the fence posts and attach the wire to the posts as well, like the ones in Australia do?
Modify a cement mixer tilt it pointed up with a steel bar (on which to sit your spool) placed on a childs cart. unravel it to the end and to get the required tension just take it off the cart hold firmly and set the mixer to reverse, it will roll up the excess fence give you your tension and voila same bang and you saved a whole lotta bucks.
Először nálúnk Magyarországon Újzélandiak hozták be.
A villanypásztor technikát.
Én magam is dolgoztam
az újzélandiakkal ebben
a szakmában öt évet.
He's still got to go back and up the staples in.
NotSaBadBoss it looked like they just set the post nail on either side leave it hope they got good corners
Your machine is incomplete.
The red vertical element, which stretches the net towards the poles, has sensors (I don't think) that during the tensioning force (kgm.) Measures and fixes (with the nail guns included in the vertical element) on the wooden pole.
And then it lacks a vertical drill for the posts.
Now make the changes I said.
Does it only do woven or can it do electric wire also?
Bonjour Cortes jean 70000 Frotey les Vesoul en haute Saône... 72 commentaires... 6h45 du mâtin... j'aime bien.. très bonne technique...
Nice design but in reality it’s only a wire roller and a wire stretcher .
Yep. A high school graduate could have thought up that contraption. Not very useful!
@@jaminj8438 not very usefull? You try to unroll a 500m fence roll. It's heavy and you won't be able to unroll it as fast as this. + you can't tension it with hands so you still need a winch or whatever to tension it proper. If you need to do only like 30m this isn't usefull l but when you need to do a few km then it's usefull for sure.
check out the Dingo Fencing IV in Australia
Hitting staples in with a hammer ! There are gas gun staplers made that are super quick
Love Those Benz Tractors!
Ron Gray i had too of them
I don't think I've ever done a fence on flat ground with nothing in the way
LOL was thinking the same exact thing!!
you still have to nail by HAND !
S
Sure but it gives the cows something to do....
Where in the country are you?
1 kuntal me kitene fit me lagti aur kya rs .hai
works good there, what about on top of ditches, forestries, marshy ground where no tractor can go, up the side of mountains? man always beats machine... I put up fencing in every ground condition so i know what its like.
Haters are going to hate. 💩
Bozaga!!!
Now, it un-ravels fence!
your 30 years to late making the pro fencer. i sure could of used one of those back in the day. looks great

Show me a vidio off that thing in a hill or top off ditch looks good for flat field only 1 in 20 fences are flat
Fencing Music?
well im making one dual purpose machine poster on rear fencer on front hydrobolic compressor for st400 stapler. out of a 5 tonn yannmar track dumper and it carries its rails and post s lack of oil volume bit of a problem
Looks like a really expensive machine for replacing a manual operation -- I just unroll it on the ground and push it with the tractor loader bucket. Then attach to it and stretch..... no fancy machine needed
And you do this all day every day, you know like a business ?
Now, make a machine that makes holes, sets post into the ground and attaching the fence to the posts!
Then we are talking! This kind of looks like a lazy-man machine... sorry, I'm not buying it.

Okopavanje smilja
alott to outlay for a machine that does what a human can do just as easly.
lazy pomms
Mb trac 👍
Ya think?
after reading all comments. I realize that all of u people r fucking experts. lol
Isn't it fun reading comments?
Bit of a one trick pony it seems.
If you've ever kept Deer....you spend a lot of time repairing and maintaining fences. This would save you weeks of work per year.
@@mwnciboo actually you are better off doing it manually
Could of at least cut the grass first.
To expensive to build and slow. Check out Beem Fence Company equipment!!!!
Fred Stiles jr had a Beem fencer and it fell apart after 2 months. Poorly built with cheap material. Traded it in for 2 of these and never looked back.
Lazy way of doing that scared of work
It's a fast way to do it try it by hand it will take a lot longer. When you need to do a long fence by hand it will take a lot longer. Time is money.
You do realise professionals need better equipment than farmers and anything that makes the job faster makes more money...some idiots here.
i like (egglingen) thinking

Can't make money ranching making payments on that machine
No but the fencing company's can. SMFH

@@MD-uu5nt no, what makes money is income > costs. So paying interest, even at good rates, is a cost. However you cut those input costs, every little bit helps. Used debt-free ftw
Not really practical for terrain that changes dramatically
fencing tool www.ktwister.com thanks
treated posts are useless i still don't get why people use timber
Creosote posts will last 40 years. I think what you mean to say is "I don't know why people use any timber that isn't creosoted"
