I ordered mine directly from Vero, our local ham club did a group buy to get a bit of a discount. www.verotelecom.com/VR-N76-Dual-Band-Handheld-Radio-p2511333.html
As a fellow Canadian Ham (VE3XBW) how does one get in contact with VE7LSE about his antenna offerings? I saw Jeramay of KL7EC outdoors (Alaska youtuber) use some Nite Ize Figure 9 carabiners to help stake out his mast. It makes adjusting the tension of the guy lines easier.
"link bellow"... no link 😫why do people do this? also people should know: you can buy a 20$ carbon telescopic whip and use it as an antenna mast. way cheaper than the "ham" version and its the same thing. always buy a bit longer and remove the top 3-4 section.
Let me tell you why "people do this" it happens because this is not my full time job so it doesn't get that kind of energy or attention. I shoot the video on day, maybe edit and add titles another day, and then... as you have pointed out, when I uploaded the video on yet another day, I then have to add titles, description, tags, age restriction, geotags, audio copyright information and then yes, I forgot to add the one link I said I was going to add. The link is now below as well as below your comment! bit.ly/40iyZgQ I personally like the SotaBeams mast over the cheap alternatives because the quality is top notch, can easily be disassembled and cleaned along with QUICKLY shipping the replacement sections when and if you break them. I broke the top section and they didn't even charge me to replace it, only the shipping and it was shipped faster to my door from the UK then anything I've ever ordered from the US or China. And the best part is supporting another company that is supporting this hobby I love so much. Thanks for another comment!
@@darryldowney no trouble! thank you for the details, i know the internet is becoming more and more complex its a pain for us humans. i was just complaining a little bit, its a French thing lol! i wish you the best. may we have a mild winter this year!

I got the FX4CR directly from Yu (BG2FX), his website is here bg2fx.com/fx-4cr-transceiver-prod
What kind of backpack is that where can I get one?
The pack is from AliExpress, I cant find a link to the exact one anymore but a search for "tactical backpack" should get you something similar.
