Coupling gap is critical in proper torque and power transfer from the motor to the driven equipment. Gap is also a factor in axial movement of the shafts.

For constant air flow decreasing angle will increase air velocity.

Seal air gap is important to maintain the quality of final product.

Grit funnel and reject cone both are same thing having different name, they are just to feed the raw material and coarse material(after separation from classifier) centrally towards the table.

10+/-2 mm for LM 26.3 D. It depends on mill size.

Seal gap of seperator kya hai
It's basically gap between rotor and classifier frame.

What is seal gap? How can check
Seal gap is usually distance between the the rotor and classifier upper housing. We check it in both radial and axial direction through feeler gauge and measuring tape.

Please check whether grease lubrication system is working properly or not? Change the grease if required. Also you can adjust the sequential timing of lubrication.

Guide vanes installation degree?
Hi Arjun, we do not need to adjust guide vanes angle during installation it is delivered pre-assembled at site.
