Awesome video! I live in a neighborhood called Courthouse Woods, across the street from Courthouse Estates. The neighborhood is rather small, and the houses are modest, but the neighbors are great and take pride in this neighborhood. We're Navy, renting, and will be here for about 18 months before moving on. One thing to mention about the Dam Neck Navy Base.... based on who gets assigned there (special ops, enlisted instructors), not too many active duty Dam Neck Sailors will be able to afford anything over $250--350K, unless they have other wealth. When you get to the $500K and over range, maybe senior captains or admirals can go that high, but not to many of them around. Oceana NAS. on the other hand, more officers with flight pay could nudge $500K. There's a neighborhood called Glenview that looks nice for people in the military pay range.
Nice! I don't have personal experience with these but you might try The Crossing at Red Mill or Dam Neck Square Apartments - those I believe are both in Ocean Lakes school district.

@@samsansalone I used to live in Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg. Moved to Madison/Huntsville area in 2017 and it’s great out here…but my family misses the ocean. I miss it too. I’m not as familiar with VB.
