Because they're so big, you can't beat them with a rifle, so you just have to kill them with an RPG. BTW, the mission here in the junkyard is the same as the SWAT mission on the ferry boat where you have to disarm the bombs before timer runs out. Tommy vercetti is beyond Godlike mode!
