- #Breakandreno is finally complete and we are SO excited to share this house tour with you!! This row house renovation is slightly different than the traditional brownstones we've done in the past, highlighting modern motifs and stunning custom features. We turned the layout on its head and opened up the space to bring in way more natural light. From the beautiful brass hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms, to the handcrafted tile throughout the house, this renovation is packed with surprises and we can't wait to hear what you think!! I can sense that this renovation was a constant headache… it looks fantastic, truly. But I can totally feel that these clients were extremely difficult… kudos to you guys for getting through it and killing it!

The tiles in the shower that look like wood… stunning. The granite sink is really lovely.

Incredible job with the renovation! The whole space is awesome, but the kitchen with the dark wood and green tiles was my favourite part (bathroom was a close second). These videos give me so much inspiration, keep it up 👏🏽

First of all, it's so great to see people not the age of a fetus with a home design UA-cam channel. Also, you clearly have life and eduction experience to do quality work compared to other young DIYers who, after years of making a million dollars on UA-cam, are just discovering that you can put an extension pole on a paint roller. And, lastly, thank you for not being trapped in the iterative citadel that has become mid-century modern. That kitchen island is I like the production going into your videos now. Keep at it. I grew up closer to NYC but am now in NY's 6th borough--Philadelphia. We have lots of old rowhomes here. I live in one. I hope you two take that jawn on the road.

I love and enjoy your videos every time it comes out. However, I have one request: is it possible to have better lighting during the filming? Sometimes it's just so dark that the feature elements are not very visible. Otherwise, you guys are doing a great job! Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! We typically prefer natural lighting but this video ended up being a little too dark, planning on fixing that in the next one!!

You needed to turn on the lights, it was so dark
Why the videos so dark? No good camera or lightning?
Had to switch off as it was hard to see anything clearly.😔
