Assassin scarlet is the hottest and most useful Scarlett
It’s about time someone said it.
Black Dragon Sword does basically the same thing. And it works with MK11 Scorpion.

I haven’t actually tried it due to the fact of me not having it maxed. Use Spectre’s Burning Bengeance as well. And of course ravenous Mileena and Lizard Jade too.
Other than Black Dragon Sword and Spectre’s Burning Vengeance I would also use Fire Garden Bell (for a 15% chance of applying fire on basic hits) and a block breaker piece.
You could actually skip Lizard Jade and replace her with Pyromancer Tanya as the fires will drain their power enough, and for the extra fire while we’re at it.
Uncommon pieces can be quite strong

you need her for team thrill. If you don't need that you can use any character to give starting power and help skarlet starts with x ray
