Scallion oil (葱油拌面) and Chongqing (重庆小面) noodles | Qiao Mei

Her chongqing xiao mian is a dry version but they also come in the form of a “mala” (numbing/spicy) noodle soup, made with chili oil, peppers, and lots of other spices, condiments and sauces.
