I just get a bunch of splendid books and then upgrade the cards from those and once I reach level 5 and start getting repeats I can convert them to fusion stones to upgrade the better cards.
Julia Strick Hi Julia. I barely started playing yesterday. Money is not a problem luckily, but I’m wondering if I should buy stuff or not anyway. I mean I like the game, but is it as expensieve as Clash Royale for instance? Or say I buy stuff.... can I get everything I need fast?
Leonardo Minelli I highly recommend not buying into the game mainly because it’s so much more rewarding to earn your leveled up cards, but also once you get that initial boost it will make the rest of the game seem slow. I’ve never bought anything in Stormbound but I regularly reach silver and this season I got gold rank, and every time I level up a card I’m proud.
Leonardo Minelli Plus as a new player you probably don’t have the knowledge yet to help you level up the right cards to make a good deck, first you’ll need a lot of practice so the strategy will become instinctual.
Julia Strick ok I get it but... well, I do work all day. I might have an hour or so to play daily, not more. Also, I have played clash royale for 3 years now, and even after playing that game for 3 years, I still do not have all of the cards at highest lvl. Heck I only have 3 at the highest lvl. So I’m wondering how stormbound differs.
Leonardo Minelli I’ve been playing for about 4 months and I have about half lv2 half lv3 with some 1’s and 4’s sprinkled about. An hour or so a day is perfectly enough to time to level up at a good pace. I recommend always at least completing the daily challenges and buying cards packs with the coins.
I'm watching this video and it just all makes sense now. I always wondered why I sucked so much at the game, I guess it's because I literally do the opposite of everything he says in this video.
ricardo zamora This is coming from a rank 14 Shadowfen main, and I do have a Klaxi. From what I understand, the best way to use Klaxi is to run it with rain of frogs and azure hatchers. Those two are a must, as they give you the greatest mana efficiency when used in conjunction with Klaxi. You might be able to pull it off without rain of frogs, but having it as an option would definitely help. Other than that, I think it’s best to compose the rest of your deck with other low mana cards, preferably ones with movement, because Klaxi is already very large mana investment and you need low mana cards to balance it out, and you also need cards with movement because Klaxi has none. The other option is kind of the opposite: to run what Dan Su called an attrition deck, where you just play a bunch of high strength low movement cards combined with Ubass and needle blast to slowly destroy your enemy’s base over time. Because Klaxi is great at building strong troops with no movement, you could try to play off that strategy. Which one is better? I’m not sure. That’s for you to experiment :)
Sir! What is your Player ID?! Great channel! Already told a friend to subscribe and check out your vids! My player name tho: Dosedefolie Thanks for this vid!
My friend pulled Ubass, Mirz, Phoenix all from splendid books. He's ftp as well.

I use a nutreal only deck and they never see it coming.
Hey, sorry to bother you, but what rank are you in? I wonder if that is a good deck that I could try also.
Did I play against you? What are you in?
This is a great guide thank you!
Sure, glad you liked it!

Great guide, but I think you underestimated low mana neutrals which are good for all aggro decks

Dan Su Thanks!!!!
XD construct aggro is scary
Doesn't deserve any dislikes
Good video
Man is this game not popular? All I see is outdated vids.
No ubass :'(
Don't worry, if you want to fill his slot I'd put an extra low mana card in instead!
Due to my terrible luck, I have not gotten Ubass yet. Is it worth it to craft it with Fusion Stones, even though it'll be level 1?
