HAARP Signal 9.6 MHZ Asteroid 2010 XC15 Campaign

On December 27, 2022 HAARP with support of a NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory project, attempts to bounce (and penetrate) signals off of NEA 2010 XC15. Listening to 9.6 MHZ I observed the transmission. This recording of the signal was at 15:58 UTC.

Since this campaign started at 1100 UTC till this minute I have not seen nor heard the HAARP transmission on my SDR in Maidenhead grid square FN20jq.

Can't hear anything reflected, seems like there should be more time between transmissions. Nothing heard to or from in the Midwest as of 12.20 CST.

It's been quiet here lately. I have heard it faintly but mostly nothing right now. (18:24 UTC)
