Natalie P. CFS has nothing to do with psychological issues. this is well documented. you may also experience depression and/or anxiety, but this is not always the case.
+Natalie P. No, it is not a psychological condition. Although any traumatic event, death in the family (including certain diseases like lime disease etc.) that shocks and compromises your immune system could lead to CFS and Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia.
"It's not all in the head". If that's what you mean by CFS being psychological issue, you probably bought into the BS the old medical community was trying to sell the public which greatly contributed to reason why studies of this illness were long delayed. Also, when you're sick for SO long, of course you can get depressed, worried for economic future, loss of work, activities, etc. Also stress (mental and physical both) can probably contribute to the illness, just like my dad developed type 1 diabetes after a very stressful time in his life. Heck, people can developed cancer from stress too!
Dear, now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven. To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house. The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor. The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.

@Mr Burns Sorry, but your mistaken. Your last sentence shows that you should read more about it, or talk to someone that has it. "with hard work, dedication and effort you can improve and recover." simply is false.
I agree....if I get my arthritis under control, the fatigue flares, feel sick and just feeding or eliminating is a chore.....really bad times. It will change
Sadly, this video is not very informative. As it was posted in 2014, by this point Stanford should remove it and post something that more real information.
Its multifactorial, narcolepsy is part of it, its more like a low grade constant inflammation in the brain, and constant muscle pain. my daughter has me/cfs, when she has a flare up she is really ill and sleeps most of the day for up to eight weeks. Sleeping beauty with a fever.
most people with a microwave arent chronically ill because some people are more sensitive for microwaves, also the distance person/microwave is very important. The oven in another place is more safe. The radiation become less when the oven gets older. Some ovens give less radiation then others. In Russia the allowed radiation is less.
Chronic fatigue : difficult to find something. The radiation of microwaves (magnetron)oven: tension in the muscles. That causes pain and also bad working of the guts: food is absorbed badly,so you have to little vitamins in the body. Also bad feeling in throat and tension in the rest of the body. Tension in the muscles is also bad sleeping.
now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron) To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house. The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor. Nonsense. Anyone who has CFS knows that this video is highly misleading. For a doctor to say what this doctor says indicates to me that he knows next to nothing about CFS.
We need scientists and biologists to help further determine how the human body works because it is so complex. There are things that aren't meant to be known while we are on earth. And I think it's very different comparing the theory of evolution, because there is so much that evolution theory itself cannot explain. Basically everything in life has an answer or some kind of explanation in one book- The Bible. Deniers or unbelievers will laugh at that statement and make their rude or hateful jokes, yet even something as simple as the 7 day week came from the Bible. One has to have a mind open enough to comprehend that we all just didn't appear because of an accident out of nowhere. I'd suggest the book Flatland to anyone who has trouble comprehending any kind of higher power. And it isn't a religious book, it simply allows the mind to see things differently. :)
Jillian M The bible may have some good information (I'm not a believer myself), but we have to rely on science. Science is the best method we have for understanding the natural world.
+Jillian M If we are not meant to know things on earth, such as the complexities of human anatomy and physiology. The bible does not answer all questions about everything in life. Not all cultures have a 7 day week, most use a lunar cycle to determine the span of what we call a week and those who have been enveloped by the three Abrahamic religions use a 7 day week (I find the four day structure superior.) Your understanding of Evolution is so flawed, I wonder if you are talking about another theory or if you are referring to the bible in saying you must have an open mind, like a child, to consider that all species appeared, as they are now and ever will remain, might have been placed here as stated over a few days. Also, that they all fit on the ark.

@@ritanightingale250 How is she now?
most people with a microwave arent chronically ill because some people are more sensitive for microwaves, also the distance person/microwave is very important. The oven in another place is more safe. The radiation become less when the oven gets older. Some ovens give less radiation then others. In Russia the allowed radiation is less.
A waste of time, no explanation of cause or treatment.
4:12 here. Next time watch more closely maybe?
Have a look at their page here
chronicfatigue.stanford.edu/ and this paper on using a drug to treat patients
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23080504
Based on the title u think they would've went into the treatments more
Retro virus coverup?
I believe i have this
Chronic fatigue : difficult to find something.
This was seven years ago, did they actually unravel anything?
😔 😢
why can't she climb hills?
cos she had chronic fatigue syndrome..climbing stairs is hard enough you fool
Oh shit i have the same issue :/. I went to go sandboarding one time. I climbed a sand dude and I was too tired.
now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron)
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.
I don't even own one and my symptoms have gotten worse, so don't know what you're on about.
Nonsense. Anyone who has CFS knows that this video is highly misleading. For a doctor to say what this doctor says indicates to me that he knows next to nothing about CFS.
Usually science brings benefit to people, what is the benefit of Darwin's idea about evolution? absolutely nothing.
Jillian M Evolution doesn't say we appeared by accident. You're thinking of abiogenesis.
Not all cultures have a 7 day week, most use a lunar cycle to determine the span of what we call a week and those who have been enveloped by the three Abrahamic religions use a 7 day week (I find the four day structure superior.)
Your understanding of Evolution is so flawed, I wonder if you are talking about another theory or if you are referring to the bible in saying you must have an open mind, like a child, to consider that all species appeared, as they are now and ever will remain, might have been placed here as stated over a few days. Also, that they all fit on the ark.
Try having clinical depression that's medication resistant. Personally I think CFS and depression have the same inflammatory roots. Have never found any med that really works so I just live in a grey world, trired all the time.
Poor diet and a lack of exercise.
