Rick and Morty | S7E4 Cold Open: That's Amorte | adult swim - Фільми й анімація
You can tell there's going to be some horrific twist about 10 seconds after this clip ends
Another Rick massacre episode no doubt
Where is the spaghetti coming from? What us the sauce made out of? So many questions. 🤔
There had better be.
by the end its just a really good sauce
I suspect the incest joke to be in this episode
The fact that they aren't revealing any of the plot beyond "Rick makes spaghetti" means this'll probably be a good one
all of the episode plots are simple and they barely release any info outside of the cold open and one sentence episode descriptions....which sometimes have nothing to do with the episode....chill out
@@wool578 Yeah, this is annoing, this "This must be so huge in LoRe AnD iTs A gOoD OnE" is really cringe when we dont know anything.
@@patrikkralik3610cry some more like that isn’t cringe
@@patrikkralik3610 getting so worked up over a comment is “cringe”
you got it right, so far it's the best of the season imo
I believe the theory that the Spaghetti makes the family tolerate Rick
It's incest
@@NightEnigma8It still works, because Rick would be eating the spaghetti to tolerate himself.
The spaghetti has to be laced with something...
I think it's gonna be a flashback episode
This show builds brooding tension so well. My anxiety is through the roof and all that happened was I watched a family eating spaghetti.
Exactly. I'm convinced anytime he making spaghetti they're eating somebody 😂 some mistakes he made and they devouring the evidence 🤣
@@jujutaylor2186That was a good call
chill tf out, its just a show, there's a thin line between passionate and obsessive.
@YouiB I'm glad you are the arbiter of that vague thin line, random person who gatekeeps enthusiasm.
All they said was that the show builds tension well (which the cold opens are supposed to do) even through something mundane. What an obsessed fan they must be... 🙄
@@YouiB you ruin all fun
love the fact that they didn't forgot they're in a world were it's called "Parmisian" and not "Parmesan"
This episode is gonna hurt i know it for sure
HEY WAIT YOU ARE THE DRAWER
YOU ART?
I'm almost certain this is a depressing outlier to some episode that will emotionally ruin us
Oh big time
The horror...
The fact that Summer instantly throws her phone against the wall and breaks it because it's spaghetti time is wild. That's a good spaghetti and probably "some" of the ingredients aren't from this world.
It’s basically Soylent green.
The whole family seems so manic in this scene. It's like they've been forced to be in a commercial.... I think it's possible that they are somehow being controlled by the spaghetti or maybe the sauce. 🤔
Rick's line at 0:34 made me crack up. It's so ridiculous lol.
Rickdickulous*
Maybe they are controlled by the flying Spaghetti monster
Wouldn't be the force time they we're forced to be in a commercial anyway
It’s the Parmeeesian that’s laced with nicotine
@@omonteso they say Parmesan weird
Regardless if this is a simulation or not, this scene is wholesome af
"That's amorte". That's... A... Morty. In the sauce.
@@TrogdorBurnin8orthat would be darker than the actual plot but there both dark af
So far, this was the best episode of Season 7. Morty was finally a main character in one of these episodes.
😂😂
Filled up his punchcard
Man, I thought this was the worst
@@EddieBense just how?
2nd best now 😂
Can't help but notice that none of the family put any parmeeseean on their spaghetti.
@@-_._._-they’re in a universe where they say it weird remember 😂
@@AdamAddictLyeah that's why they spelt it parmesian instead of parmesan
Parmeeseean? Gross. Weirdest pronunication ever.
But it can alsways be worse. Like the Universe where english speakers call pineapple like everyone else. Ananas.
Anyone else get the feeling this'll be a really Dark episode?
yeah it’s weird that this is the only clip they’ve shown from it when usually they have a separate promo besides the cold open… sounds like something big is there they can’t spoil!
@@MusicalMinewhen I was at NYCC during the adult swim panel, the executives hyped this episode up as a good one.
I'm pretty sure this is just an episode about them having a nice dinner. The after credits scene is probably Beth and Jerry doing dishes together.
@@MusicalMineyep, I noticed that too
his family touch Rick spaghett?🤔
This episode was just absolutely gold.
the vacuums were just unnecessary 😂😂😂
0:02 Summer throwing her phone on the wall and breaking it got me. Lol.😂😂 That spaghetti Rick made must be so delicious.
Jerry also trips and falls on the broken phone bits
That's the second time I've seen summer do that!
It must be her thing lol
nice fionna pfp
Rick genuinely being a great cook would probably be a bigger plot twist at this point
he cooks Canapes for his house party at the end of season 1 and he offers to cook Scallopini in season 3 (rest and ricklaxation). being a fancy cook is part of his character, spaghetti is a downgrade actually
@amefuraggamuffin that's a fair point. I completely forgot about those moments
@@amefuraggamuffinwell spaghetti seems to be a comfort food for them so I wouldn’t say it’s as much of a downgrade as you think. As long as you got some good food everyone’s happy! (At least that’s how I see this, but everyone has their own interpretation)
That was the most wholesome family scene in the whole series.
The one with their 'uncle' was a little better
Too wholesome
Somethings up
@@epicdestroyer5354 turns out it was indeed a wholesome moment
The best episode of Season 7 yet
I love how rick uses a spoon to get the spaghetti rolled around the fork 0:25
I mean a lot of people tend to do that so it’ll end up being less messy for them to eat (aka getting less sauce covered on your face cause of how messy Spaghetti can be)
That's how you do it
You sayin' everyone DOESN'T do that??
@@BubbaSmurft do you think babies do that? Not all people tend to do that. Others have different ways of eating it without the spoon method (minus fingers (mainly a Baby thing)) like cutting it, making a little spin with your fork
That’s how it’s done in a lot of countries
I love how we are all so desensitized to this show we know something's wrong.
This episode got me in the feels towards the ending 😢
This entire episode is going to either have nothing to do with spaghetti, or it will be an entire story about how Rick makes his spaghetti and it will be dark as hell
I agree with that comment.
Ever since the crystal scene from the Ziggerian episode all the way back in Season 1, most viewers are now super skeptical of any scene where the family are having fun together
Makes me wonder if this is the parmeesian family before they died. The mood is much like before R&M blew themselves up.
@@bradleyvrooman1801 fortunately it's the current family
I'm not sure if it's just this scene or if the new voice actor is starting to get better at his Rick voice
I think it's just growing on all of us. I think he's a good recast, and it took a few episodes to adjust. I'm totally down with the new VAs now.
This season will be the easiest for the new VA’s. They already had Roiland’s dialogue to try and mime to a T. They won’t have that in upcoming seasons
@@MatthewLingrenIt’s grown on me since the start. Like I literally forgot this wasn’t pedo Justin those dudes voice literally is so similar you can hardly tell the difference.
You're just getting used to it because this is one of the first times I've heard the new voice and it's awful
@@SuperDarthKellynot really
No amount of therapy going to fix me now after watching this episode 😵💫
I'm having spaghetti for dinner right now. And I'm already enjoying this clip. I feel like I'm sitting in the table with Smith family eat Rick's spaghetti. Lmao
Lets hope your dinner wont end like ricks. We all got that feeling, something aint right. I mean they barely dissed Jerry?!
@@greenfoxgrasstail2534 That does sounds like a discovery there. i mean we have seen the unexpected this through all seasons. Might wanna be prepared for this.
There's this thing when I see anybody enjoying spaghetti in fiction, I'm instantly dying for it
so happy to see another summer episode, she's such an underrated character in this show
what tells you this is gonna be a summer episode?
Apparently a Summer episode is any episode in which Summer appears at all...
Honestly good. The show often gets a little self indulgent with the sentimentality but this one really worked
There’s something deeply dark behind that spaghetti. I know it.
Knowing Rick, he likely made it using some weird ingredients.
@@Connor.SG-1Ring
You mean from Universe where spaghetti is people?
@@shinigamiphantom1391 I was thinking more like the sauce was made from the excrement of some creature that Rick keeps in his lab.
I was right.
@@shinigamiphantom1391 you almost nailed it.
That felt like they just took one of their unused incomplete scripts and were like "okay think of something really really screwed up or controversial and just complete it with that" also they ended the conflict of the episode by just doing what rick already did right at the beginning of the episode showing everybody that he was tearin into a human and that ended everything
In my opinion the most disturbing episode so far
I hope Spagett makes an appearance in this episode.
*stutters* Sp- Spaghett!
Summer breaking her phone over the spaghetti is the highlight for me
Gotta Love how the tone of this show shifts every episode.
not that deep
Even if there are some horrible secrets behind the spaghetti, Rick sure seems to like it just as much as everybody else and is not grossed out.
It's like the Ricks say. Don't think about it.
This is definitely gonna be a good episode since it has been promoted so much in the trailers.
This is by far the best episode of Season 7, and one of my favorite episodes of the whole series. It was so good!😊😅😅
I hope there’s no twist and it’s just that Rick learned how to make good spaghetti
That would be a really stupid and pointless episode
This is definitely one of the episodes of all time
I honestly expected Rick to tell them it was so great because there was an alien parasite in it or something.
he probably will do something like that and it just wasnt in the clip haha
this episode is going to be mad wild i feel it in my spagettis
We spagots as much as you can spageets is an amazing line.
Adult Swim Deutschland has an extended cold open that tells you more about the spaghetti lol
Look guys, Morty is right there. Happy? Can't we stop worrying about it now?
2 minutes later.
Rick:someone just killed the decoy Family.
This is too wholesome to be true. Something is going to jump out and kill them or it's a commercial on TV...or they're threatened with death if they don't do this spaghetti commercial.
Rick have never been threatened.
I love the humor of this opening
Okay I have been really loving the season so far, it feels like S1 and S2. Episode 4 was awesome, it did everything a good ricky and morty episode does, wacky premise but leaves you thinking by the end of it! Well done!
Hn they force to make this funny
That scene really makes it clear josh is no longer doing the voice maybe avoid accents and him being excited
The horrific twist is that rick learned to make spaghetti for his family
I have always been a fun of rick and morty but hope the new guys don't loose the content 😢
maybe the best stand out moment of Season 7 so far can't wait for the Episode
I wish I had spaghetti that was so good I'd break my phone for it
Thus episode is gonna have a hint of spicy and sweet. And pain and family time wish i could taste it lol. Gonna be a tasty episode 😂
I love this show 😂👍
I'm gonna guess that the plot is Rick has a machine that makes the spaghetti but lies to impress the family, the family explains they already knew it was the machine, this pisses of Rick for various reasons who then starts making the spaghetti by hand but everyone hates it and it escalates from their with rick trying to prove he can cook.
I want the actual episode to be a huge red herring plot making the viewers think Rick did something horrible or sacrificed something to get his family to enjoy his spaghetti that much, or is using it to control his family - but then it gets revealed that all the actions Rick takes in the entire episode were him doing "Karate Kid" like "wax on wax off" like training in order to make the perfect spaghetti dish.
THIS EPISODE WAS THE BEST
I feel like it's going to be another robot Rick who is just really good with the family and the real Rick is down in the basement studying on his wife's killer.
Rick doesn't do sequels.
The best part of this episode was when Rick said “IT’S SPAGHETTIN’ TIME” and spaghettied all over the Smith family, truly one of the episodes of all time.
I really want more Morty scene on episode 4
How does anyone still find this funny?
I’m straight up making spaghetti this Sunday night
I feel like the spaghetti is going to be some mafia boss recipe that people are going to try to fight Rick for
Guys, this was terrible. Really, really horrible, like morally bankrupt…..
_And I loved it like the spaghetti_
Thank you. Thank you so much, for this feast of an episode❤❤❤
Considering Rick wanted Jerry to admit that “Genius isn’t random and his failures are his own,” I seriously doubt there’s anything weird going on with the spaghetti.
I saw this theory floating around that Rick added something to the spaghetti to keep the family dumbed down/how he likes them. I think this is very unlikely.
I bet this will be a great episode
I have a bad feeling that this episode will be dark enough for me to head to therapy
So i'm going to assume that we get our season 7 first encounter with prime rick, because why else would this trailer be rick enjoying pasta with his family?
This cold open would be an amazing commercial for a company.
This raises my anxiety more then any fight scene they could show
I've never seen Rick so together with his family it's kind of odd I believe he's a clone and the other Rick is somewhere else
This episode better not ruin my love for spaghetti
It will. It ruined my love for dragons, which I thought could never happen, so you can count on it ruining your love for spaghetti
It's people 🤣 You're welcome
Knowing Rick, that spaghetti of his is likely made from some weird ingredients.
I really like the new voices, it doesn't sound exactly like them which actually works really well. How do I put it... They are more tolerable
You are incorrect
I honestly thought this was going to lead into the fact this is a different universe they are in. The one where they pronounce *parmesan* in a weird way.
We will pay for that seemingly nice family time.
You telling me Rick has this good of a spaghetti recipe and it’s taken us 10 years to hear about it? Definitely Sus.
I think it's time for Rick to sing again.
I bet the spaghetti is some alien's organs or something and it is revealed by Jerry's jealous for wanting to know the recipe or Morty's curiosity
Edit: yeah I predicted it
Yeah, this feels like it’s gonna be a big center piece episode.
I was eating noodles while watching this episode. Luckily I wasn't uncomfortable in any way.
I loved the Jericky episode 😂
“Do you not hear the symphony of atoms dying in space?” Lmao. Yeah it was a great episode
Ricks voice isn't rick rick but you can recognise him
I couldn't
That’s pretty much my family whenever my mother makes spaghetti!
presenciamos el mejor capítulo de la temporada, cómico, arriesgado, sentimental, con un mensaje a concientizar, puede que sea premiado como el capítulo de la tina de acido
I think this will be a lore heavy ep
I was laughing the whole time. Now the voices make sense. I getting the hang of it.
I’m just anticipating the twist in like 15 seconds.
Or it’s a total fake out and it’s just a true story of how Rick got to know how to make spaghetti and meatballs. Which would be interesting none the less
you can’t rewatch this clip the same ever again
I’m really hearing the voice difference as the show goes on.
Now I’m hungry for spaghetti. 🥴
Oh ok so THIS is the plot heavy episode, got it!
Having spaghetti tonight for the first time since I saw this episode. Just had to come here while I was eating.
I really hope this is genuine. The family has come a long way, and I really like that they've been getting along better lately. The occasional wholesome family moment in Rick and Morty is generally really good.
This arc so far has been about Rick showing more concern for family and friends and self-improvement. I would like to see more of Morty the kid is dealing in drugs off planet, this raises some interesting question for me about his character development.
@wiredcoffee9347 Absolutely. Morty seems a little too eager to run off and deliver drugs. Maybe running around the galaxy alone is helping him get his mind off things? Would love to see that explored.
Someone's gonna say "parmeesian" in this episode. Calling it now.
Right when that scene ends Rick cuts open some endangered alien species and pulls out this creatures' guts, revealing that it's inside are a mix of assorted pastas
You're definitely no Jerry 😂
did rick make spaghetti with some sort of substance, making the family need rick for this?
I want to taste of Rick’s Famous Spaghetti 🍝.
Trust me, no you don't 😅
Rick puts something in the Spaghetti that numbs the family to his antics
The flying spaghetti monster lmao nice one
Helen doing her job real good
This new rick voice reminds me of the batman game arkham origins, compared to the other rocksteady batman games, it sucked, but as a game on its own two feet, it's likable like this new Rick!❤
well that was certainly an episode
