100g unsalted butter
100g cane sugar
1/2 vanilla seed
1 egg
1 egg yolk
50g non sugar yogurt
50g milk
1 tsp lemon juice
210g cake flour
5g baking powder

I just try your recipe and the result is really great! Even though, I forgot lemon juice, it’s still come out fluffy, moist, and not to sweet. I don’t have to adjust anything in this recipe at all, quite rare. And thank for your wonderful recipe, I will try this with other topping and try your other recipe too. Big hug for you!!

Me gusta que a la hora de mezclar los ingredientes, no pase directamente al resultado y que se vea como se van juntando poco a poco todas las cosas, creo que es un gran acierto. Excelente trabajo aunque me muera de hambre viéndolo de noche :')

İ always mix milk with plain yoghurt when baking a cake, even when I make pancakes. İt gives the best fluffy texture.
Very true. Most of the cake recipes I've used call for both but with the yogurt it's always been full fat. Using cake flour makes a difference too... 😉
apple cider vinegar also works for this :) must be a cultured/fermented thing that does the fluffing
