I love how Hobi have such an emotional intelligence to him. He adapt to every member and what they need/want. He's a playful maknae leader with mothering instint, he's a 2nd leader, he's a hyung to the hyungs etc.

Colt, I love this .. Jungkook did say during the Suchwita episode, that he is surrounded by good people and he has in some ways become part of each of them .. Jungkook has learn't a lot from Jhope thats why he's a perfectionist .. OMG Jhope is really tolerant of his playful behaviour, as a matter of fact all of them are, remember when he said "Yoongi hyung will not scold me" .. good thing is he knows when to play and when to get serious .. JK is all his hyung's little one but he's absolutely *Hobi's baby*. What incredible luck they all had in each other. Hobi's love and parenting of JK (which is exactly what we're seeing here, it's parenting) has been a fundamental part of JK becoming the man he is. It could've easily been a group in which the youngest ones had to struggle alone as is more typical in Western pop groups, but instead they made a family together, guided and loved one another into being the biggest group in the world while remaining the humble kings they are. Amazing.
And that back hug from JK to Hobi tradition, that this is how JK hugged Hobi when they all had to go into their service just kills me. I look very forward to the days when we can watch JK being Hobi's backpack of affection and love again.
