Heat Exchanger Re-tubing Job (Tube Cutting)

Re-Tubing of Heat Exchangers done to replace all damaged / plugged and thinned tubes with new one.
Here we cut the Tube to Tube Sheet Joint (TTSJ) and pull the tubes of U tube Bundle.
Here we use old Tube sheet, baffles , Tie rod with new tubes.

Tube is removed by cutting the TTSJ weld joint.
Extension Weld Joint: But pulling the tube, if feasible other wise by cutting

TUBE IS WELDED ONLY AT TUBESHEET WITH SEAL WELD / STRENGTH WELD OR SOME TIMES ONLY EXPENSION.
FOR REPLACING THE TUBE , WELD SHOULD BE CUT ✂️ FROM WELD JOINT WHICH WE CALL TUBE TO TUBESHEET JOINT(TTSJ) .
AFTER PUTTING NEW TUBE IT SHOULD BE RE-WELDED.

@@amitkumar22144 Tubes are supposed to be flared at the tube sheet outer end right
Once we need to renew it firstly we will be collapsing the flare from both ends and now we will be using the expanding tool to expand the tube from the casing and guide it out and.then we insert new tube and flare at ends
Is this procedure correct?
