The Dennis Dart is a rear-engined single-decker midibus chassis that was introduced by Dennis Specialist Vehicles of Guildford, England in 1989, replacing the Dennis Domino. Initially built as a high-floor design, In 1996 the low-floor second generation Dennis Dart SLF was launched. In 2001, production of the Dart SLF passed to TransBus International, during which time it was sold as the TransBus Dart SLF; Alexander Dennis took over production in 2004, renaming the product as the Alexander Dennis Dart SLF.
I’m a bus driver myself and I’ve driven through this village loads of times in my car and I could only imagine how tough it must be to squeeze a bus through as there have been moments where I’ve seen gaps barely as wide as a solo!
I lived just outside Youlgreave until 1977 and went in 1988 and 1992 and I did drive through in the later 2 but there was no were near that many cars parked just crazy.! This must be early morning in fact you go past my old front gate at about 6:47 in Middleton-by-Youlgreave
Looks like a fabulous and very scenic route with the beautiful villages and non-stop views of the countryside as well as the bonus of the setting sun. Small villages are usually a problem for buses and double parking is just one of many issues, you do hope that one day the villagers will see sense and park better but never happens does it?

love the sound of the darts. Probably matches that of the Scania L94UB
I never actually thought about how similar they are
Youlgrave looks lovely. In fact it could be mistaken for being somewhere down here in the Cotswolds like Chipping Campden or Northleach!
I miss 35153, one of the good darts we had in Plymouth! Glad to see it's still got plenty of life left in it!!
Great video. ☺️
Good luck driving anything through Youlgrave!

Generally the villagers Park sensibly, its normally people visiting the village who don't expect a bus to serve the road who park badly
Lovely woohoo ❤
