It is a wicked problem just as you say. At this point, I think the whole country is seeing a "wicked" problem. I hate to see it. Seems like everyone you talk to now says the drug problems are out of control in their towns and cities. It's everywhere.
Yep, you got it! I'm glad I didn't go too far into the backpack either. Apparently everyone is telling me that the thing in the side pocket was a tattoo gun and the paint was actually all ink. Would have ruined my day if I stuck my finger into a tattoo gun needle
My common sense would have been telling me to leave the creepy backpack alone, but I am definitely too curious to listen lol. Glad you were cautious and didn't get hurt or find anything too crazy! We dont find things like that up here. At least not in my rural part lol.
I try to resist the urge to go through the weird stuff I find out there most of the time but sometimes the urge is too great. I'm glad I didn't get hurt either. Apparently everybody says that weird electronic thing in the side pouch was a tattoo gun so I'm REALLY glad I didn't keep digging and get stuck by some dirty tat needles. 😬
I liked the pocket setup of the backpack so I looked it up. That’s a $170 backpack. It’s made by a tattoo artist made so my guess would be that’s tattoo paint.
Ya never know what your going to find, I would have kept the watch and cycle. Most bizarre thing I found was a 1887 10$ gold coin, initially thought it was just a token, took a metal detector back where I found the coin, needless to say, glad I kept my day job 😎😎😎
The weird things we find on the river. LOL Must have been Chuckies cousins backpack? Nice point Aaron. Well made. Thanks for sharing your adventure brother. Many blessings
I pray everyday that I go arrowhead hunting or metal detecting that I don't find a body. I know of people who have and I don't want to have that experience. No way!
@@meandmyshadow6269 we only filmed a few finds. Grass in most areas was tall and storms were coming in fast. I fond a real nice maybe big sandy blunt. I appreciate the thought. Good hunting.

I seriously had no idea about the tattoo gun and ink until you all started telling me. What a strange thing to find in the river. I love your theory about the sickle, hahahaha! You probably aren't far off from the truth
A point and a suspicious and slightly sinister piece of baggage - I'd call that a good day! I found a very skeptical rock in my most recent episode. Ever seen a skeptical rock?
Do you come across suspicious bags and stuff like that in your area? I seem to have had "good" luck(if that's what you want to call it) with finding that stuff. Most of the time I don't even film it because I never know what might be in the bag and if it's appropriate for YT or not, lol
The last couple years a few people have died out on the river out here. I'm really hoping I never have the experience you and your brother had! That would be awful, I'm sure.
Man have you ever been approached by someone on the river? Had a crazy run in this past spring while head hunting in Tulsa. Dude saw us from his tent from all the way across the river and came towards us swinging a chain around. We didn’t have to pull our pistol but we were ready if he tried something. He kept babbling out if his head and asking why we was on the river. He eventually wandered off after we told him to go on about his business. The. Next day we got followed by some dude for a good ways but he never came close enough to confront. Just curious if this is a common occurrence? Love the channel, and look forward to your uploads on Thursdays!
That sound super scary! Would not want to have that experience. I haven't had anything too bad happen out there yet but I know it's not entirely uncommon. I have definitely run into a few weirdos and meth heads. I generally try to steer clear of people for this reason. Just hard to know what kind of situation you might run into. There are A LOT of homeless in certain sections out there. Including large camps. I try to avoid those spots. Stay safe out there and remember to look up and scan every so often, people can come up on you out of nowhere!
Most definitely! Can’t trust anyone these days sadly. Hey, 2 questions…do you have an IG or someplace where you share your pics of your finds? Also, I know you’re into old bottles…where is a source of good info for identifying old bottles and related stuff like that? Thanks!
@@camerongraham1395 I actually don't have any social media...well, I guess I do if you count YT but I'm never really sure if that counts or not. It's hit or miss sometimes but more often than not, I usually get at least a clue that can lead me to the answer. Some bottles, I just guess at. I've been hunting bottles since 2011 so I've gotten familiar with certain characteristics and types. There are probably some really good books out there on proper bottle ID though
