This lighting is GORGEOUS. Fellow migraine girlie here, this was so considerate and sweet of you to do, I’m a huge fan of this entire vibe! I can actually watch this in order to fall asleep since it’s not so bright! Love love love!
I like this less intense lighting and I especially like this different angle.
You can adjust it yourself! Go to settings, accessibility, display and text size, scroll down until you see reduce white point. Turn it on and you can adjust the brightness of ANY video❤️🫶🏼

Edit: I've been doing pilates for over a year now and it helps a lot with neck and shoulder pain I have (caused by anxiety) and in general I feel so much stronger! I'm still working on flexibility but I have surely improved a bit, ahah.
I cannot recommend enough Move with Nicole (here on UA-cam), her workout are so satisfying and she has a very calm, respectful and body neutral approach, if anyone is interested and it's not on a budget for any subscription. ☺️

If you want delicious spinach, google Ina Garten’s spinach recipe- so easy and soooo delicious. I make it that way for every thing I add it to! Not mushy at all and so flavorful
