Bro please help!
I'm stuck and I can't reach the yellow card. One part of the ladder of the main structure for yellow card is not activated i've been everything and I don't have more place to go. I used all the switches for release the 4 cyberdemons and I'm already toggleded every switch in the main hall. And even worst, I loaded another save game before this situation and now when I finished all 4 cyberdemons now 2 ladders of the main structure are missing too! please help

That's a not uncommon glitch. Just use idclip to get up there and grab it.
