It would be more realistic if mechagodzilla's beam oneshotted gigan , because we see him get fried by fw goji's beam , and mg21 has a even stronger beam , although it would give less fun to watch
Final wars gigan is actually extremely stupid Plus his low durability this fight would've been overkill Mecha would've killed gigan in one beam But lets say gigan somehow dodge the attack and used his grapples or saws The grapples will maybe do some damage to mecha but just like final wars mecha would just beam or missile gigan untill he dies Now for the saws Gigans saw blades could detach one of mecha's limbs if shot correctly but gigans motive of victory poseing might be the down fall cause the saws will probably shoot back and dehead gigan or mecha will get back up a finish gigan Final wars gigan could do some damage with is shotgun beam and saw hands or chest blade but adding that with his stupidity compared to mecha's battle iq, IQ, speed and agility will end gigan faster then a blink of a eye
