Mr. John, my local cobbler happens to be a Wesco dealer thankfully because according to a lot of boot advice on the errornet I should be a 10 like my White’s & Frank’s. Anyway I tried on one of the Jobmaster display models that was a 10 and found it to be a 1/2 size too small, at least now I know my size so when I see the right pair, in the right color at the right price I won’t be scared to pull the trigger on them. Too bad cause I would have snapped up one of his display models😂
So to my personal knowledge you have the traditional Vibram 100, the red X is basically the same it’s just fire rated. The white X is the fire and ice . It’s fire rated and also designed to perform in sub zero temperatures. Some say they’re softer. Of course of have the honey version. That yellow doc marten style. At the end of the day I don’t notice a difference in everyday use
@@happinesscarpenter4550 I actually emailed Chris fairly recently asking if I could get mine resoled with the white. I ask generally for reference purposes. They don’t stock them. I can however send one in to them. Personally I’ll stick with the ❌. That said Shyler Mowe of Nicks boots says the white X wears faster in his opinion. I want to say whites only uses the white x, and it’s standard on the made in Mexico Drew’s. Franks actually stocks all variants.
It’s great to see another video and I’m loving your insight. Wesco’s are terrific and I love my JK’s too. Check out the best cobbler in Canada…they’re now making their own wildland logger boot. It’s Canadian PNW quality…Vince DeVito 🇨🇦🤝🇺🇸
You definitely need a chest microphone..... You can barely be heard at a normal volume level even with headphones. But great video as always, I enjoy them all!
@@EDHBlvd I rechecked the audio on the video and sure enough, it was a preset on my computer. But it used to be a problem I saw in his videos regularly and I assumed it was repeated in this video. Nothing to do with the overall quality of the video and how happy it makes me to see each and every one of them.
Another great vid!! I got some of the dales Kilties for my iron rangers. I like the design of his die cut for the no show kilties.
I use his hideaway kitties as well in my Reswing roughnecks and a pair of Sabbatter’s that I got from Mr. Happiness himself!

Yes, my Wesco’s are true to size

Thanks! & I want to check out Vince, does he have UA-cam/Insta or a website?
Oh you are in the bay huh? I assumed you were somewhere in San Diego, when you are not in Mexico. Greetings from Sacramento.
I am from The Bay & work all over Central & Northern California. We are based out in The Valley
I’m intrigued by the heel on those Wescos. The heels on all my heritage boots are too wide but those look like they’d fit me like a glove.
Wesco’s for me fit true to size
I luv me sum Wesco boots!! Now I just REALLY need to get me a couple pair!!!
I love my Firestormers they’re a good everyday boot.
The high liners also have a kind of double midsole in the arch.
Yes! You’re right, I forgot to talk about that , thanks 🙏
I feel the same about jumping off heights. Unfortunately I can only grow imaginary wings 😏.
Ha! I thought that I was the only one

I will check it out, 🙏
Okay, I just ordered one! I’ll try it next week
Audio is super loud on this video. Maybe your phone is broken.

@@SpaniardDH weird it wasn’t impacting other videos. Cheers!
