@gdinethatruth90 I will stay listening to the Old Bobby Valentino. I still love the old Bobby's music. This new Bobby I am not feeling. When I read that he was leaving DTP a few years ago, I was worried that his music might change. That's exactly what happened. He doesn't make music like this anymore. I hate that he left, but at the same time, I understand. That weren't giving him any promotion or attention. That completely slept on him so he had to tak matters into his own hands.
@gdinethatruth90 Yeah, dude doesn't have to do that shit, but because of how fucked up the industry for an artist to remain somewhat relevant they are often forced to reduce themselves to doing what I call "Alkaseltzer music." That here this minute gon the next shit. Songs like this one is something you can put on 10 years from now & still feel it.
@mrjackiboi LOLOL....man - you dont know me but I'm a thick-skinned dude. LOL after the second time - I was just messin' with you. LOL No harm no foul. And yes - I amn a nice guy, I try to be anyway. So no apologies needed (although appreciated) bro . Truth be told - the first time? I had some bad pain from a wieghtlifting injury. So I was on the crabby side. LOL You probably an alright bro ya'self. Sorry 'bout your mom dude.
@gdinethatruth90 I hate to say it, but I think that Bobby V. fell off. When he was DTP and Def Jam, he made some GREAT jams like this. He made quality R&B music for our generation. The lyrics were romantic, caring, and sensual, the beats were exotic (oriental, etc). He just made great music that I fell in love with. But, after he left Def Jam and started releasing music from his own label, his music fell of completely. He only seems to sing about sex now and not love, and the beats aren't as good

The beginning of the music and throughout the song, he sampled the beginning and end of "Sunny Came Home" by Shawn Colvin.

@pimpdemb I don't know but he's cute, at least from the nose down.
it's not actually the 112 song you're thinking about. You're refering to the instrument but the beat is totally different.
@MissNayNay I meant "they" not "that."
