aap gathiya ka ucchaaran ghalt kar rahe ho ... it is ગાંઠિયા (gujarati), गाँठिया (hindi) not गठिया ... aapne jo thicker gaanthiya banaaya wo usually 2 varieties mei bante hai halwai ki dukan par ... ek toh machine se jaise sev banaate hai ... doosra haath se flat surface par roll kar ke ... aur waise toh dono ko ગોળ गोल gaanthiya kahte hai lekin haath se roll kiye hue ko वणेला વણેલા gaanthiya bolte hai aur usme aap ajwain kali-mirch vageraah masaale daal sakte hain
