so i said this is a skill change, they removed the Reduce 30% Final Damage Bonus penalty, and replace with Reduce Final Damage Reduction instead.

usually people get from Weapon refine and upgrade.
but if you are still in early game, u can get aspd from lv25 Talisman or Golem/Wolf/Sting card

This 4th job is a solid nerf to int ranger.....but a very very big boost to dex crit ranger....they will now shine in pvp like the old int ranger build double the damage..theres a skill where falcon damage will be based on dex instead of int plus dex stat gives higher arrow damage plus both arrow and falcon damage can crit....i think its time to say goodbye to int falcon build😢

yea agree, no reason to stay in INT anymore because they scale falcon damage with DEX

@@BudiBuluk659 it has low triggering rate, and it scale with P.ATK too which need DEX.
The fact that Hawk Mastery passive scale Falcon damage with DEX already sentence the death of INT ranger.
