Even though they're young children and like to have fun, that doesn't mean they don't need game rules. Game rules are what make a game fun. And even though it sounds boring, rules are what make us understand a game concept. Two games that are the same, do not necessarily have the same concept, could be more challenging than the other.
The two children seem to be selfish, because they only want fun times and championship, without prioritizing fairness and safety..
