Okay, first off, I really LOVE how giggly and how happy they were in this interview. The bit where they were talking about their deadline for the second album and when Michael got burned I was literally smiling and laughing so hard it was ridiculous (among other scenarios but those just stood out to me most) oh and can we just talk about how adorable Michael was at 5:00? and how he asked if they could swear? and how Michael and Calum we're communicating via eye contact and nods at around 11:06? and how they were talking about being a certain type of cereal?and how Luke told Ash to "fuck off" at 13:25? these boys i s2g. but no forreal, i'm honestly just so fucking PROUD and how far they've come and how they're making a difference in this generation and speaking up about issues that no one else will talk about. it's really amazing to see the impact they have on fans (especially me) and how they've possibly even "saved" a lot of them. i am so excited to hear the album and just experience growing up with them even more because they are such beautiful people and they have so much more to offer this world and i just really hope that in due time they will be recognized as leaders of this generation.

I remembered Ashton drawing a butterfly on a fan's wrist.. I draw my own now. he and the boys have saved me. they helped me stay away from self harm. their music helps me to not think about it so much and what he did for that fan just made me know how much they care about us and other people. their music is a huge message for us and showing who they are. The New Broken Scene is just this place that we all are basically just coming together and helping each other up and telling each other that we are okay to be this way. we aren't alone. I love these boys. I've been in the fam for about 3 years and I remember hearing Heartbreak Girl (the first song I heard by them). they have grown in so many ways and I just love them so much. I'm glad I got to see them live and 2 TIMES!! I wish to meet them one day, I want them to know all of what they did for me

Honestly this is my favorite interview of 5sos. This truly shows who they are as people and as a band. They are silly and goofing off one minute then the next they get deep and personal. They talk about real issues in life that so many of us are going through. They talk about stuff that actually matters and that needs to be spoken off, unlike all the shit you hear on radios now. With sex, drugs ect. People have the fucking nerve to say 5sos don't care about their fans but his video clearly proves them wrong. I love this interview for so many reason. For once an interviewer asks the right questions. They are happy and smiling and having fun. This is why I love Australian interviews. Man what would I give just to have a conversation with them. They are such deep people and this interview proves is. I picked the right band.

This is honestly one of my favourite interviews, because it was serious, yet had some parts of them being themselves, and it just showed me just how much they actually care about us. They took their time creating The New Broken Scene, for us to be a part of, and when Ashton was explaining it, I truly did feel the care they had towards us (their fans) I am extremely proud of how far they have come. I honestly cannot wait until Oct.23rd. also 5:00 and 13:25 and all the swearing and talking about being cereal. I chose the right band to love and care about :)
I love these kinds of interviews where they talk about their lives, music, things that needed to be discussed about like mental health issues, anxiety & depression which are FAR MORE important that knowing who's dating who or who's their crush, etc. This interview is my favorite one to date because it's so real and so raw. People hating on 5sos and degrading them should watch this to really know what kind of band and people they are. They're more than just good looks and talent. Far more than that. They're people like us who actually have the same problems as we do and they're making a good thing out of it by putting them into their songs. I'm so happy this interview exists.
the part when Ash talked about the self harm thing I was so touched and the things michael said, I just can't describe how much this meant to me, especially because they were very emotional. We have a high youth and elderly suicide rate in Australia. Good on these lads for talking publicly about their battles with depression. Angela Bishop is the most professional entertainment reporter in Australia, she rarely asks "stupid irrelevant" questions.

I remembered Ashton drawing a butterfly on a fan's wrist.. I draw my own now. he and the boys have saved me. they helped me stay away from self harm. their music helps me to not think about it so much and what he did for that fan just made me know how much they care about us and other people. their music is a huge message for us and showing who they are. The New Broken Scene is just this place that we all are basically just coming together and helping each other up and telling each other that we are okay to be this way. we aren't alone. I love these boys. I've been in the fam for about 3 years and I remember hearing Heartbreak Girl (the first song I heard by them). they have grown in so many ways and I just love them so much. I'm glad I got to see them live and 2 TIMES!! I wish to meet them one day, I want them to know all of what they did for me

I appreciate them so much for including the darker themes into their new album. It's sort of like a crutch for me. When no one else understands my feelings, I know that they do. Them talking from 5:30-7:00 minutes makes me feel understood and relieved. You guys have been successful in making my life better with your music, so thank you for that!

When they started talking about the serious topics, I was so thankful. It gets really annoying when interviewers avoid the topics that need to be talked about other than girls and drama. This band saved my life and I'm glad that they're happy.

Honestly this is my favorite interview of 5sos. This truly shows who they are as people and as a band. They are silly and goofing off one minute then the next they get deep and personal. They talk about real issues in life that so many of us are going through. They talk about stuff that actually matters and that needs to be spoken off, unlike all the shit you hear on radios now. With sex, drugs ect. People have the fucking nerve to say 5sos don't care about their fans but his video clearly proves them wrong. I love this interview for so many reason. For once an interviewer asks the right questions. They are happy and smiling and having fun. This is why I love Australian interviews. Man what would I give just to have a conversation with them. They are such deep people and this interview proves is. I picked the right band.

This is honestly one of my favourite interviews, because it was serious, yet had some parts of them being themselves, and it just showed me just how much they actually care about us. They took their time creating The New Broken Scene, for us to be a part of, and when Ashton was explaining it, I truly did feel the care they had towards us (their fans) I am extremely proud of how far they have come. I honestly cannot wait until Oct.23rd.

I love these kinds of interviews where they talk about their lives, music, things that needed to be discussed about like mental health issues, anxiety & depression which are FAR MORE important that knowing who's dating who or who's their crush, etc. This interview is my favorite one to date because it's so real and so raw. People hating on 5sos and degrading them should watch this to really know what kind of band and people they are. They're more than just good looks and talent. Far more than that. They're people like us who actually have the same problems as we do and they're making a good thing out of it by putting them into their songs. I'm so happy this interview exists.
the part when Ash talked about the self harm thing I was so touched and the things michael said, I just can't describe how much this meant to me, especially because they were very emotional.
But yeah, apart from that I smiled the whole time, they were so happy and lauged and made fun all the time so yeah I really really liked that interview

We have a high youth and elderly suicide rate in Australia. Good on these lads for talking publicly about their battles with depression. Angela Bishop is the most professional entertainment reporter in Australia, she rarely asks "stupid irrelevant" questions.

This is what every interview should be. Talking about the music and their sreams and them as artists and you didbt hear once about a favorite food or anything about Bryana or girls they are involved with. They talked about mental health and it was just an example of how artists should be treated, this is the best interview i've seen becuase it was musically oriented and still fun.
