Always LOVE hearin about another Rum I have yet to try. I still consider myself more of a rum guy, but whisky is rapidly gaining. Thanks for the review. 🥃
DOH! My man where to begin... LOL Honestly, I've always drank Captain Morgan private stock. It wasn't until this last Christmas when I started venturing into whisky that I REALLY started exploring rums. WOW, there's some great stuff out there. Not sure how sweet you want to go, So sticking to the not so crazy sweet profile... I Would say my top 3 are (in no particular order) Ron Zacappa XO, El Dorada 21, & Ron Zacappa 23. If you don't mind dessert in a glass the Bumbu is amazing! Another true favorite (prob top 2 over all) is Plantation XO 20th anniversary. So so good. Another interesting one is the ZAYA. It has to be the right one though. aqua/sky blue colors 16yrs. A real vanilla bomb. If you're ever bored and your ol man or Erica's not around & you want someone to go live w, Holla at me. I noticed we have a few of the same bottles (Clynelish, Macallan #3 etc...) anyway great vid. keep em comin, novel over...
Nice rum review Edd, just wonder if you have seen the new Renegade Rum from Grenada by Mark Reynier because it also is rum made through fermented sugar cane juice. Um, breakfast was a fried egg sandwich with pan fried ham and a side of salt and peppered tomato slices with a lot of coffee. Cheers!

What are your favorite rums? As a whisky guy starting to move the other way I'd like to know what to try

Man, everybody is kicking my breakfasts butt, I eat cereal. I haven't heard of it but I will keep an eye out for it for sure!
I need to stay away from these offshoot rum reviews... I spend enough on whisky...
Sorry! I'll try not to make them sound very enticing
