you can hear her pronouncing english words with "r" as "l" and vice versa sometimes because in the korean alphabet, the consonant "ㄹ" is somewhere between r and l sounds depending on the position of the "ㄹ" in a word. it's a common struggle for them :)
Japanese have the similarity as well. so they may pronounce "rose" as "lose". or Maru as Malu. in writing it is maRu but it is actually pronounced as maLu in Japanese. I am not Japanese nor Korean, but I think I should be right though.

That's how their name is pronounced in korean
Basically in lots of Asian languages, there’s no “l” sound or they’re usually at the end of a word, so not being used to pronouncing L’s results in going to the closest thing, which would be “r”. If an “L” isn’t at the very start or end, it’s hard to pronounce. That, and if there’s a conjunction like gl or bl. Especially in Japanese. Also the “ku” is because in certain languages the solid “k” sound isn’t used, and so when translating to fitting the Asian alphabet “k” becomes “ku”. For instance, in Japanese, there’s only a character for “ku”, and so when writing an English word in Japanese, “k” becomes “ku”

she is shy to speak/ it is hard tp speak in a language which you barely speak. and don't feel confident. i grew up with english, and learnt at school. and when i needed to speak in it i was shy/ Jisoo she didn't grew up surrounded by english plus when she speaks in it she is watched by millions.

1. This is how you pronounce BLACKPINK in Korean.. because in Korean it's 블랙핑크. And when you hear a sound that is strange for you, it's the letter "ㅡ". You can see this letter in the first and last syllable.
2. Many people have already said about the letter R/L "ㄹ" and this is TRUE. I once attended an English pronunciation class with my friends from Japan and Korea. And our teacher said that this is the biggest problem for Asian people. He turned on the audio with words with letters R and L and we had to say which letter it was. And my friends couldn't hear the difference between R and L.. I was so surprised. But I realized why when I started learning Korean 😄
