Rc Bunghai if ur claim amount less than 1 lakh u will get in 3 to 4 bank working days if ur claim amount more than 1 lakh then it will take 10 working days if you still not received the money for more than 15 days then there will be a problem with ur bank account u have visit the EPFO office
Generally it will take 2 working days if you didn't get approval even after 2 working days or of you need to get approval immediately then inform your employer HR to approve it will take few minutes to approve

PAN will take your name as well surname to match with your UAN name so it will get mismatch even am also facing the same issue but when we check with EPFO officer they said if updated know that's enough but after applying through online form-19 and form-10c we have to submit the PAN copy and form-15G at EPFO office if our settlement amount crosses 50,000/-

Me too left the job without serving notice period but for PF withdrawal there will be no issues and there is no link for withdrawal of PF and resigned you can see here for most of the people they give the reason as short cessation service you can apply and withdraw and when you settlement amount crosses 50K that time you need to update PAN if less means PAN not required

Form 31 is while working in a company u can withdraw some percentage of amount in this u cant get the full PF. Form 31 is a Advance PF withdraw form and why u r not getting form 19 and 10C means in ur UAN account service details are not updated so only u r not getting the option tell ur employer to update ur last working day that is DOE ( date of end ) in ur UAN account after that u can get the option of Form 19 & 10C

check your passbook if you have both PF and pension amount then apply first form-19 after that again apply form-10c on the same day

harsha dt no u can't apply for full PF and pension why because the employer needs to update the last working day in ur UAN account after leaving 60days of the job then only u can withdraw full but while working u can withdraw half amount by submitting form-31

Processing of a claim it takes minimum 5 to max 30 days and after ur claim settled the bank will take to credit the amount in ur bank account if Less than 1 Lakh it takes 3 to 4 days if more than 1 lakh 5 to 10 days and if u can able to verify ur aadhaar online by aadhaar registered mobile number OTP no need to visit the PF office for biomatrics if u cant able to verify ur aadhaar by OTP then visit the pf office and seed ur aadhar by biomatirics

You have to apply both to get full and final amount first select form-19 and submit after that select form-10c and submit if the both amount when you add both if crosses 50K then update PAN and submit the PAN copy and form-15G at your PF office to avoid deduction

Goutham Nataraj login to UAN account then Check member profile details there will be some data is mismatching with ur PAN and Aadhaar card so only it's not taking check which details are not correct or not matching and request for the correction post correction do update the PAN and Aadhaar

Do is possible to claim the Previs Org PF amount? when went in to online cliam - i can find option only form 31 alone but not 19c. (Its alredy updated with DOE EPF/EPS) DOE PFS is empty. Please help me with crisp advise.

Me too left the job without serving notice period but for PF withdrawal there will be no issues and there is no link for withdrawal of PF and resigned you can see here for most of the people they give the reason as short cessation service you can apply and withdraw and when you settlement amount crosses 50K that time you need to update PAN if less means PAN not required

After leaving job after how many days we can withdraw and it is mandatory to give pan card as amount is with in 50k
After leaving a job wait for 60 days after that u can apply and if ur amount more than 50K it's mandatory to give and if u not give it PAN number then they will deduct the TDS it's nearly 34% so better give PAN number

Once you left the organization you have to submit the form-19 and form-10c ask your employer HR company to update your DOE date of exit means last working day even you can update but inform you your employer that's safety because you and your employer whatever date will get update that's should get match otherwise claim will get rejected
How do I claim both form 19 and 10c at a time? If not can we do each in individually one after the other. Please let me know in detailed.

Sthevan Sings I received it's taken total 8 days for PF after withdraw again I applied for pension so for this total 9 days it's taken to credit the amount into my bank. So you can apply both forms on the same day you will get both PF and pension amount same day
As i saw you have applied for pf withdrawal why you didnt select pension withdrawl..? I cant undrstand that in passbook there is a coloumn of pension and that pension amount company had transfer in your account or not? If yes then how? Is it with the pf amount or we have to select pension withdrawal option i.e form 10c?

Form 31 is while working in a company u can withdraw some percentage of amount in this u cant get the full PF. Form 31 is a Advance PF withdraw form and why u r not getting form 19 and 10C means in ur UAN account service details are not updated so only u r not getting the option tell ur employer to update ur last working day that is DOE ( date of end ) in ur UAN account after that u can get the option of Form 19 & 10C
