Very Good Information, One lesson I learned, Don't purchase so much strips as these could get moisture thru the years if unused, I purchased many cans for reserve but now their all spoiled

Dap cleaned the sensor twice but nothing happened. But i wiped the sensor with a dry-wet soft cloth and, also with my breath steam. Just say HAA... to the sensor and wipe it with the cloth. And then, here, I am talking to you with a happy face. Thaaaanks a lot sir
Pls of course, do replace the battery, even if the screen is displaying digits by pressing m, s buttons. It might be week to operate with the strip. I replaced mine and now it's working fine, now.

While I insert the test strip into the machine , it does not read switch on at all . I have pressed two buttons simultaneously and then all the digits appear, then I pressed both buttons again, and inserted the test strip but again the glucometer does not turn on .
Can you please help me fix this .

Hi, This might be the strip is not being installed correctly. The other cause is low battery or the strip is defective. If nothing works then clean the sensor window as shown in the video. Hope it helps.

My accucheck active machine is 15months old. Now it is showing E1 error. Replaced d battery. Done all d precautionary care. Contacted d customercare experts. He advised to change d strips. How can 15 strips fail at a time.. Still showing E1 error.. Any suggestion from urs side sir.. Already ordered dr morepen😂
Hi Santosh, Did you happen to clean the window once as shown in the video at the end? This has helped many viewers in the past sorting E1. If you search old comments one of the viewers had commented on this.

Hi Bubai, sry... the Insta strip is Not compatible with Active device. You need to use Accu Chek Active strips only.

Hi Sir, sorry to reply you late. This error seems to be with battery being low. Can you pls replace your CR2032 battery once and try starting up the device pressing M and S button simultaneously. If your battery is good then other reason for device not switching ON could be the sensor window not being correctly installed. Try removing the window and install back, look if the window is locked in correct position. The red sensor light should appear exactly in the center of the green field in strip.

Hi Suman, looks like the battery is down. Can you please try changing battery once. If this doesn’t work next option is try cleaning the window as shown in this video. Hope this helps.
What is m and s button on accu check machine
When the meter is OFF:
The 'M' (Memory) is pressed for 2 seconds and used to see saved test results.
The 'S' (Setup) is pressed for 2 seconds and used to set time and date.
Both buttons to be used in combination to perform forward and reverse actions.
