Which one if all the mi band models do u think is the best?
When you set up Mi Band 8 on Mi Fitness do you need to change the region to China or does it pick up in the country you live in? For example Brazil...
For now yes. Because the Mi Band 8 is not available on other regions except China. Once it is available you can switch it to your region.
Any idea when it will launch in India?

I just have a quick question, maybe you'll know the answer. There is Mi Band 8 NFC version aviable on Ali already, do you perhaps know if that NFC will work outside of China, or do I have to wait for global release to have fully functional NFC?
Thank you. Sorry to say but the NFC chinese version will not work outside of china. Tried this before. You need to wait for the NFC global version but they usually release it the year after.

always wait for the global version ON ANY Xiaomi products or else you'll have a problem from time to time
@@niklaus10 I went ahead and bought the Chinese version and I've had zero issues with it here in the UK. I've had it for 5+ months now.

What is the Use of nfc in band?
If you get the global NFC version, you can use it for contactless payments on selected countries
For the Chinese version, after you pair and finishing setup, can you change back the country from China to whatever country you are in? Or should we have to keep it China? Could you please confirm this?
Not for now. The Xiaomi Band 8 is still not available on the list of devices except China region. Once it will be launched globally then you can switch it to your region
