Beef stock, chicken stock, fish stock. Soon I'm going to be a bouillon-ere!🤣

This is such a great video! Our family cut 90% of our meat out 2 years ago. We saved money, lost weight without trying, and have so much more energy. I also make our own cleaning products mainly with Dr. Bronners soap. Laundry & other home care products have been so inexpensive, & our cabinets are not cluttered with a product for everything. You are so smart and doing such a huge service to your community. Thank you for the tips! I always learn something new =)

I totally agree with shopping alone. I don't like when my husband comes to the store with me I always wind up spending more because he constantly adds to my cart when I plan my weekly meals, bring a list, and coupon along w/rebate apps and am good about sticking with it.

Buy your meat first. I have done this for thirty years. Also give yourself a budget for each category. Fifty for meat, twenty five for vegetables and and twenty five for carbohydrates. It works.

I am one of those who doesn't like autopay. To get around it and still keep it simple I called all my providers and moved the due date to the first of the month. I pay all of my bills the last Friday of every month, this way all my bills are paid before the 1st of the month. I only have to deal with bills once a month and being the last Friday of the month makes it easier to remember. I'm not very good at explaining but I hope you know what I'm trying to say.
I really enjoy your videos. Thanks for taking the time to make them.

Another reason for having produce upfront is that after having healthy stuff in our carts we don't feel as guilty for buying unhealthy things that they're going to market to you on the store.
It's like an excuse for your brain to give to yourself: you already have your greens so you deserve this ice cream/candy/chips, wtv...

Shopping alone! Yes! We egg each other on and suddenly you have 2 pairs of shoes at checkout instead of the one pair you needed. It is like the studies show that eating out with the girls we eat many more hundreds of calories. We get so into the experience of being part of the merry band until we get that bill, or step on the scale and see the damage.

As a WFPB Vegan I only spend 120 to 180 a month & that's all organic veg & this feeds myself & my Doberman who's food i make. I could easily spend only 100 a month if it was just me & I was really focused & didn't buy kombucha lol. 2 huge boxes of organic veg, some oats, pasta, chic peas & I never have felt deprived, I make muffins, cookies, granola bars, chips, pot pies & save a lot making everything from scratch. Now that I bought a house & can grow my veg the cost has been going down even more, If I was buying this organic veg at my local grocery it would cost much more but i get a Misfits Market box twice a month & it's plenty for me & Venus, then I buy 10 to 20lbs of bulk organic rice, oatmeal, chic peas, peanuts to make Venus peanut butter with my nut butter attachment on my juicer. I have kept all the seeds from the misfits box like squash, peppers, tomatoes to grow myself next spring. even if I got the box every week, which I did last month when I was juicing everyday, that was only 160, it's 35 a box 40 with shipping. it's even cheaper than buying the same veg conventional by $20 to $40 because I priced it out by filling my online cart at both kroger & aldi with the same veg, & it's a $50 to $60 savings on organic veg. Anyway, just sharing in case it could help someone else. Thanks for all your great videos!✌🌱💸👑💚💕

THAT'S ME I BATCH COOK BECAUSE IT IS LESS MONEY, WORK, AND TIME .
I start shopping on drink aisle , then look for discount food. 2 rotassary chicken score last trip went home and made a huge pot of gumbo.
The week before scored 7 LBS of ground turkey. You brown that store it in sandwich bags. Add it to can of pasta sauce , beans chilli sauce , ramen noodle .
I auto pay cellphone just because they give a $5 discount. $50 for cell& data I don't remember the last time I used my computer .
I pay no fee for banking free checking , so I got 2 account 2 banks. One for saving the other for business. That way I know savings can't be tapped by internet con.
Last time I got on an airplane TSA hadn't been created.

I go in with a list, which mainly consists of sale items and rarely deviate. Then I go to the next store and the next store doing the same. One of the ways I beat the marketing game. I definitely recommend meatless a few times a week, but if chicken legs with thigh are $0.39 a lb it’s equivalent to beans and rice in cost or ham for $0.95 lb or chicken breast for $1.23 or hamburger for $1.60 lb. or treat meat as a condiment instead of main dish.
If you use a lot of bleach consider making your own. Buy pool shock and mix the powder to water. The $20 investment will last (almost) forever.
I’m not into batch cooking. Instead I double the dinner recipe, and then freeze 1/2. Part for tonight and the frozen for whenever. Same amount of dishes and clean up.

The only difficulty you may encounter with bartering, is legally, goods and services exchanging hands is taxable as income. I don't know anyone who pays taxes for this but it may become a problem if the goods or services are very valuable.

I love making my own meal kits~
They're so satisfying. Right now, my meal kit meal is ramen made with turkey broth from the thanksgiving Turkey (I got a HUGE amount of yummy broth from it and my parents are just... not interested in it so it's all mine I suppose). Everything is just ready to put together - real easy. I could make it easier by mixing together my extra seasonings tho so I don't have to pull out four different bottles every time.
I used to get a rotisserie chicken whenever I ran out of broth and make some more, so maybe I'll start doing that again.
But I also like my own custom stir fry mixes. I'm allergic to a lot of things that come in mixes plus I have ingredients that I like more. So, I can just get the individual veggies either frozen or fresh depending on season and availability and mix them together the way I want! Then I have a stir fry sauce recipe I love (another thing that usually has things I'm allergic to in them) and I'll just make a huge batch of that and it's real easy to quickly throw it together.

Impressive. I will try declaring. ? There is clothes and bags of items not even opened.
Things not even used or worn. 🤔uum.
Worse part of this is I tried seriously to get rid of things because I ran out of space .
But ended up throwing bags back into the cupboard. ? Too much to look at and really didn't have time to decide whether I wanted those items🤔 🤔uum 🤗🤔🤔UMPH
    This is the major problem.
After not looking at those items for a long while I don't really need it.
2021 I'm going to take your advice and save money using most of your ideas.

Hi, it’s been many years since I’ve worked with a company, but at the time it was Intellishop and BestMark

Replacing is very helpful. If one already has four pairs of boots, then wear four out. When the fourth pair is looking worn, then buy your replacement pair.

Yet another great video full of great tips! Thank you. Concerning cleaning products, since there is a septic tank where I live with 9 other A Frames on it, sometimes it can get quite interesting. To keep smells down, once a month at the very least, I pour vinegar and baking soda down the drains and let it sit about a half hour then run water to rinse it on down.
Having had my own organizing business previously, I would teach people how to live with less. I even had them write down for a month every single penny they spent and on what. That way they see what they are spending and how much is really needless.
Since I moved home to Nova Scotia a few years ago, I don't travel as much as I'm where I want to be. But I do want to travel the province and Prince Edward Island too. Just don't want to pay for the meals out or the motel rooms either. So I've been on the lookout for a small camper to tow to eliminate that and bring things down to a small fee for overnights in campgrounds. But I also have friends everywhere who will let me park on their property for free. So many ways to save money.

Hi, we went cold turkey and relied mostly on whole foods, rice, beans, and pasta, and would occasionally choose meatless-meat options when feeling the urge for a burger or something like that. Currently, we eat seafood a couple times a month and chicken occasionally, but we're mostly plant-based.

It's been many years for me, but I did shops for Intelli-shop, Quality Assessments, and another (can't remember the name). It was a fun, positive experience.
