Now, going back to this 10 minutes tutorial. Let me just tell you that Canva journal design doesn't have to take days! Create our own digital planner with hyperlinks in 10 minutes. Creating a digital planner doesn't have to take hours and hours, you can easily do it quickly.
On top of that, you can design different digital planners so that they would fit all of your different needs. Or you could simply choose the planner depending on your mood. Sometimes you'll want boho style, and sometimes you'll prefer minimal style digital planners.

Is there a way to make the hyperlink be highlight when on that particular page? Instead of the tab being bigger can it be highlighted or change color?
Hey! I’m not sure I understood your question correctly:) buuut you can add a hyperlink to ANY shape. So you could techically have a line behind the text and that could look like a highlighter. You can the link either to the shape OR you could add the hyperlink to the text. That way you can have the text in a different color or underlined. Hope that helps!:)

Hiya, I came across your video on the hunt to understand the legal requirements to sell a product created on Canva. I have canva pro and wanted to know if you can download it as a PDF and sell it as a PDF for Goodnotes or Notability etc? So many videos have said you can only sell items made on canva using a link which is then to be used/edited on canva. It is so confusing 🤦♀
Hi, I’ve just written a comment to you on a different video:) in short, you can, but you have to change the elements. That means that you can’t just use a template and then sell it. You’ll need to make changes to it
Do you have a tutorial on how to design a digital yearly planner? I started making one but Canva won't let me add more pages because it's too long. I can't get past 160 pages. I was trying to do Monthly/Weekly/Daily style for busy business owners. Any advice?

Hi, yes, it will:) HOWEVER, I've noticed that if you make a higher number of slides on Canva, sometimes the links stop working all together. It works fine with a smaller amount of slides. Yes, all you need for Goodnotes or any other note taking app is a PDF file:)
Mine didn’t transfer for me. It works in the PDF, but when I imported it into Goodnotes, they aren’t working.

What software is used for the finished product? Do you import into GoodNotes or use it right in canva. I don't want to invest the time if it's not for goodnotes.
Hello, Amy, I import it into Goodnotes after I am done:) You can basically upload any file to Goodnotes that is a PDF. I have a lot of books there as well:) I love taking notes on them with Goodnotes.

@@haappiibee yes, you can sell it. The most important part is to make enough changes. Canva specifically doesn't let you sell the templates that have zero changes in them. But if you change the colors, text, etc. it's fine:)

do the hyperlinks work in goodnotes as well or only in canva?
Hi! Yes, but you have to make sure that you export the file as a standard pdf. Also, sometimes it just doesn’t work. Really, for no reason. In that case I’d upload the file to google slides and add the links there. I personally prefer to do that way anyways because I don’t trust Canva. So I’d do the designs on Canva and the links on Google Slides
Hi i just started designing my own digital planner 2023 & ofcourse it will be more than 100 pages. I read that we need to merge 2 pdfs if our design is more than 100 pages is that true? How can the hyperlinks work then? Please help me, im new & at page 70 & canva wont let me add anymore pages :(
Hi! Instead of creating two pdfs this is what i’d do: 1) Create the main designs on Canva (don’t repeat pages, create just the individual designs that have changes in them). 2) Create all the pages in Google Slides (if its less than 200 pages). If its more - create it with powerpoint OR InDesign:) Im gonna create a detailed video with the whole process either on Monday or Tuesday

I created a notebook in Canva and my hyperlinks seem to be working there but the links won't work after downloading the PDF.
That's very unfortunate! There could be two reasons: 1. The effects on the fonts you are using, 2. The amount of pages. Sometimes also there's some bug on Canva and it simply doesn't work :( if that's the case I would highly recommend to watch a video on my channel with Google Slides. You could import your Canva file to Google slides and just add the links there. If you do it that way, your links will definitely work:)

When I typed in daily planner nothing came up but they only come up if you creating the planner in the standard mode.
Hi! I think that is because your page size is different than the one in the video:) what you could do is to try it BEFORE creating a design. So just go to canva.com and immediately search for the template:) best of luck!
Is there a way to hyperlink the whole page and not have to do the buttons cuz the planner i made has like 30 pages
Hello, yes, I will make a video on that soon! However, basically, you just need to place all the buttons on the last page and then copy and paste them :) Then you just delete the ones you don't need. There's also a different way and I will share that in a video soon:)

@@aracelis_gonzalez the best way to hyperlink it is to actually use Google sheets. Sometimes Canva hyperlinks stop working, I really don't know why :(
