Yes it is a gated community with many amenities: gym indoor and outdoor, basketball:soccer/ tennis courts, kids playground, water parks, Santa Fe restaurant with largest salt water ocean infinity pool in the Caribbean, Maria’s restaurant. Great for families as well as investment property.
A/C splits are widely used in the Dominican Republic. Most of the time people are outside, so why waste money cooling an entire house down? During the day we run our dehumidifier and at night run the A/C. This particular house in Miami would likely cost at least $1.5mil. So it’s relative to what you’re looking for in life. I relocated here and love it. It’s not for everybody though.
@INVESTINGINTHEDR in Miami you also have walmart, home depot, target, shopping malls, McDonalds, burger king, kfc,Wendy's, better power support, fewer power outages, and you can drink the water...like I said why spend all that money..on a house in DR?....not worth it
@@qtipheadthanks1074 well this Villa in particular has 24/7 power backup in the project. It also have ecoserve water system that makes the whole house safe to consume. Plenty of stores like you mentioned in the area, however for the bigger stores you need to go to Santiago. McDonald’s haha, I’ll take you to a place that does better Big Macs, cheaper and the beef is real. A house like this for its location I would assume would be over $2,000,000 which is out of most people’s budgets. That is why people choose the DR.
@INVESTINGINTHEDR nobody with any sense should spend 2000000 usd on a house in a 3rd world country...well I guess it's true what they say.. A sucker is born every minute of the day!
Is it in a gated neighborhood with security guards?

Dude the house has no central air...why would someone buy a house in DR..when you can get a better house in USA?
Again I say no walmart
